The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, and restaurants. We booked a room for 4 pax. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Even with four adults staying in the room, there was enough space for everyone to fully open their large suitcases after a day of shopping without feeling cramped. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families or groups looking for convenience and extra space in Japan.

Good location - close to station, a shopping arcade, Canal City. Not so much for families considering it is in middle of what looks to be the red light district of city.
Staff were great.
Facilities were nice.
