Our recent stay at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka turned out to be a wonderful experience. During my previous visit last week after arriving from Canada, I had a small concern regarding my stay. What truly impressed me was the way the management handled the situation. Mr Bhupinder, personally reached out to me after my review, sincerely apologized and assured that my next visit would be be more comfortable and enjoyable.
I stayed at the property again for two days and this time everything was excellent. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to Rohit, who was absolutely exceptional with his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at every step. His hospitality really made a difference.
I was also happy to see the pool fully functional and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, clean, and very comfortable. It’s always reassuring to see a property that values guest feedback and takes real action to improve the guest experience.
Thank you to the entire team for making my second stay memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be staying here again in the future..Highly recommended!

Nice but they were unable to find my booking and because of that my grandpa is 85 years old had to wait in a lobby

The room was very clean. Like how it had all toileteries in the bathroom.
