We typically seek out stays at Hampton Inn, however this trip was uncharacteristicly awful. We book ended our trip at the airport. The first night we were initially given a standard room despite paying for a suite, this was rectified. Than after a long travel day shortly after midnight another party entered our room. Finally we were double charged. Fortunately my husband discovered this upon review of our credit card account. Upon return to end our trip, we were told the airport shuttle would be unable to accommodate our family of 5 for our early am flight. Instead of offering any assistance in finding alternative transport we were met with rudeness and condescending behavior from the staff. One statement was "Its complimentary we don't have to provide it" We were not looking for a hand out but simply kindness and support in an unfamiliar city. We chose not to stay the night due to the behavior of the front desk and were told "we can't promise you will get a refund." Alternatively our extended family stayed at another Hampton Inn and similarly were unable to get on the airport shuttle. However they were assisted in scheduling a lyft. Kindness matters.

We got stuck in Denver because of a missed connection. Our hotel stay was the only plus in the whole situation. Very pleasant way to spend a night and day waiting for a flight out.

The property was easy to book and the hotel service desk was kind and helpful . What I didn’t like was the mattresses. They were hard and uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep causing one to toss and turn to relieve pressure . Over all if it’s one night you can manage but for more nights I would not recommend it . I asked another guest and he said it was resolved by getting a king side bed instead of the doubles .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was excellent. Practice was good and our rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot seemed very safe as well.

I like that the Hampton Inn is what I expect of the hotel, the customer service was excellent, the room and bed was comfortable as well as the room was clean. Lots of options out there and I usually stay at the Hampton Inn because they do not disappoint.

Staff was so friendly and made our trip to the airport a breeze. Just told them what time our flight left and they made sure we made it on time. When coming back, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes. So easy after a long day of travel. I was looking into staying at a different hotel just because parking was a little cheaper and I'm glad I didn't. It was a great room, very clean, breakfast was good with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.

a very convenient denver airport stay. also several nice restaurants within this "airport way" area that you can walk to. and if you have a rental car to return you can hit that after check -out as the rental car places are all on the way to the airport (about 11 min from this hotel area). easy straight drive.

Probably due to the incredibly nice and smart front desk staff person being new (it appeared to me), a series of unfortunate events unfolded. Some of it, however, was due to poor communication on the part of the hotel with the shuttle service. While checking in we asked about the airport shuttle for the next morning. We were given the options of 3:45 or 4:30. We chose 3:45. We had two rooms reserved. One was ready when we arrived, so all three of us went there with our luggage. I couldn't log in to the internet, and when I called the front desk the staff said for some reason the room number assigned to my account to access the internet was not the room we were checked into. Sometime within the next hour the desk called and said we had been checked into a 2-queen room when we had requested a king and the hotel was fully booked, so we were asked to move to a king room. We did that, and eventually were checked into a second room, too, with our daughter staying in the first one. The next morning, our daughter got a call in her room at 3:30 saying the shuttle was there. She called us, and we went to the lobby where we were told the shuttle had left because it was for 3:30, not 3:45. When I asked the desk clerk to call the dispatcher, I heard the dispatcher say the schedule had changed, but she didn't know when. The clerk told us we would have to take an Uber. After pressing him he agreed to pay for the Uber (and gave me cash after I ordered it an showed him the receipt).

The front desk worker that got us our room was nice and efficient. The breakfast was quite tasty and the area was clean. The room is dated. Cleaning could be done better. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles hanging in the shower. A/C did not cool very well. The mattresses were worn and need to be updated/ replaced. Inwas not impressed with the hotel for the money.

They made our experience very easy! We traveled to visit friends so we didn’t have a car, and our flight changed times so they held our bags for us and provided a shuttle to the airport after our checkout time. They had a great complimentary breakfast and coffee bar as well. The room was very clean and it had a nice view of the mountains. I’d definitely stay here again!
