This was such a great hotel, me and my mom enjoyed our stay so much! The hotel was right beside the beach, you can walk right out to the beach, which was so lovely. The pool was beautiful, there was even a slide! (but only for kids, so definitely a plus if you're traveling with kids). Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The staff and the service are amazing, everyone was so helpful, made our stay super easy. It's not too far from everything, yet quiet because it's not in the city centre, so we were able to have restful nights after our day trips.

This is my second time staying at the resort, first experience was 5 to 6years back, we stayed at the room with balcony, everything was quite well kept then. This time round, we booked a villa and a room with balcony. Good side of the place. Taps are running well with hot water (important to me), beaches are great, hotel staffs are very friendly and swimming pools well kept. The accommodations itself are now a bit run down. Needs to buckle up on the up keeping of the floor, lightings, cabinets especially on the door hinges (mostly already upgraded to the soft closing type), power points and switch faces already cracked, balcony railing getting rusted etc etc. Hope my expectations are not too high as I am paying prices of a 5stars resort.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. They also provide various activities for kids, and we enjoyed them. The squid game and night festivities on 31st December were incredibly fantastic.

Danang is beautiful. Hotel and its restaurants are highly recommended. Only issue was website said 3 bathrooms, but only 2 in the apartment. And kitchen had no microwave. Inspite of this, I would still stay in this hotel as location is great.

AVOID!! GENERAL MGR has complete DISREGARD FOR GUEST and staff SAFETY. Entrance/portico has enormous decorative lampshades flanking the entrance that hang precariously low (metal reinforced bottom edge about 5 feet and 5 inches from ground). Nothing on the ground directing pedestrians to steer clear of them. As I looked at my Uber/Grab app while walking to the carport I bumped into it, leaving a huge welt/scab on my forehead, 2 inches from my eye. Notified Asst GM who apparently did not report to GM. I bumped into GM the next day and he was not aware of the accident until I showed this safety hazard to him and he saw the bruise on my face. I offered a logical, cost effective solution to raise the shades one meter. He coldly said that I shouldn't have walked there -- no sympathy, apology for having a metal object at eye level, no complimentary cocktail, nothing. Same day I video recorded a worker standing on a 3rd floor balcony rail, untethered, not holding on to anything, painting the exterior wall above him with extension rod paint roller. A strong wind would have knocked him to his death. Zero regard for human safety at this facility! Go elsewhere. Beach was littered with trash from the sea despite staff efforts to maintain the beach area. Location undesirably remote, requiring taxi to get anywhere off the property. However, the food was good in the restaurants. RECOMMEND AVOID Hyatt properties abroad and this one in particular.

Ww really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Yoga and stretch sessions were great with friendly instructors. We joined them almost every day. Thank you for the birthday cake. Hope to come back here soon.

I will provide a fair review. The property was built with major flaws, and every room you can hear echoes and every movement from chairs and furniture and noises from the units above and adjacent to your room. I complained many times, was woken up every morning early by the sounds of chairs scraping across the floor and kids screaming and running around. To be fair, the staff was understanding and nice and they acknowledged that the property has a construction flaw. But in reality, you won't have a quiet peaceful stay here due to this sound insulation problem.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. The hotel has multiple pools and is directly connected to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We would love to come back again soon.

The beach was unique. The service was slow and poor. I ordered drinks and they would take about 25 min to get to me. I needed to get utensils and bowls for my take-out food and they never arrived- even after two calls to the front desk. The staff is friendly.

Terrasse Staff, Jeremy Le was very nice, so we had really fun time. I would visit next time to see him! Also, the seafood buffet in front of the sea was great. overall service and facilities are very good. I was really satisfied with all things.

The stay at Hyatt was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered everything about us during our 4 night stay. Food allergies/ restrictions to preference on how we like the eggs. The facilities are really nice and top notch as well. From activities for kids like the Hyatt club, pool, rock climbing and much more. Restaurants for everyone’s taste. Highly recommend the regency club option. Shout out to Thao for special attention to detail.

I believe it is because of after Covid-19 restrictcted situation in Vietnam, but the facilities seemed a bit outdated, dirty, broken, and molds conditions with the hotel premises. Also, there was some construction going on near by the hotel while require drivers to detoured around which takes a bit of extra time in & out of the hotel.
