All good!! The people working there were all extremely kind and helpful. And, being low season, I was surprised & grateful to get an upgrade. Very nice!!

Location was great. Not downtown but easily walkable to downtown. It was a quiet location with lots of space. Amenities were good and bed was comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Location is picturesque with magnificent views, close to town and easily accessible from all directions.
It is built on several levels on a site situated on a steep hill so luggage has to be carried up or down stairs to some units from reception &/or the car park - not a problem for many but perhaps a consideration for some.
My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again when in Queenstown.
