The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and showed no discriminatory attitude toward Chinese guests. They were enthusiastic and resolved visitors’ issues promptly. The staff’s attitude made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely come back if I drive here next time. The price is very reasonable for guests who are just staying overnight.

This hotel never lets me down when I come up to Tokyo for this event. Great staff, filling breakfast, and convenient location off the expressway.
