We come to Shreveport/Bossier often to see family and this is by FAR our best stay yet. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They understood the importance of small details. The property is clean and quiet and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We will definitely be considering this hotel again next time we come down!

Staff was outstanding and very helpful and very courteous. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate with them. Breakfast was the best I have had in years. My compliments to the chef.

This trip was booked last minute on Hotels.com due to me having a meeting at work and booked at this hotel only because my regular hotel I stay at was already booked up. What was supposed to be a one day trip turned into 3 and the staff has been more than accommodating so that my daughter who travels with me for work and myself could stay in the same room. Even though I’ve booked 3 separate times!! The suite was very comfortable, clean, the pillows could use an upgrade but overall the service and hotel were great. My daughter loved the pool, I will definitely be staying again for work if I cannot stay at my other usual place we stay. Clean, safe, comfortable. That’s rare in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
