Great stay my only complaints would be the guy who was upfront was always in the back room and was hard to locate. When the housekeeping cleaned our rooms they did not give us more towels so I had to go downstairs and wait for the guy to come out of the back room and at first he did not want to give me towels. Also he was not keeping up with breakfast and ran out of the sausage and it was only like 7:30 am. But other than that it was great.

Overall it was ok. Iāve stayed at this location more than a few times of the past 5 years and it is starting to need upgrades. The room had been painted but you could see you get what you pay for. No pictures on the wall to make it like home. Carpet was not cleaned. Again upgrades are needed. My in laws room the phone didnāt work and mines the front cover of the phone was removed.
Housekeeping was great I stayed three nights and she kept my room clean and kept well.
Overall without the upgrades the hotel is going down fast.

The room was clean and sanitized. Breakfast was fabulous. Love biscuits and gravy. I stayed for 4 nights on business. Will definitely recommend this place.

Very clean rooms, many channels to choose from on tv, good breakfast and a large enough parking area to park my big truck. Also a small but nice fitness center with treadmills and dumbbells.

We appreciate the cleanliness and up keep especially the bathroom. We visit several hotels in the are and bathroom have rustic fixtures and I do not feel comfortable because I wonder what else is being neglected. I felt comfortable at quality inn about the cleanliness and upkeep.

Pleasant 5 day stay. Good housekeeping and linen supply. Bottled drink machine advertises 20 oz drinks for $2 but the drinks are only 16.9oz. We would stay there again

Facility was older and reflected that. Breakfast area very small, only 3 tables. Only ice machine was on first floor. Remodeling patchy - bathroom nice, wall mounted TV but dresser and headboard had made or screw holes and gashes out of them. Sound proofing was good - no footsteps from room above me. Staff were helpful.

This hotel is not being kept up. The toilet seat was about to fall of off the toilet and infact it did fall off the toilet during my stay. There was rip in the carpeting, the dresser top had 4 holes in it from where a TV had once been mounted, lights did not work. There were only 2 hangers present when I checked in. I called the desk to have more hangers sent up and his sarcastic response was "you want me to bring them up NOW?

We usually stay here when visiting Killeen... Very clean, staff always friendly, good morning breakfast... All around very cozy, comfortable and safe. two thumbs up!

The elevator was broken, the shower head didnāt work, and the pillows were not comfortable.

This was a 1 night stay for business purposes. The staff was super friendly upon check-in/out. The place was very clean and excellent WiFi for working purposes.

What I did not like. It is a Military community and, they did not know about how to handle Federal military member clients, had to hold their hand every step of the way..... IE... tax exempt form and military discounts... As well as cancelations. Fort Hood has been-in this area for decades. What is the problem.

The price was high for this hotel. The room smelled funny. The overall feeling I left with was not the customer comes first more like in some way I was privileged to be allowed to stay in this hotel.

My room smelled like cigarettes. My sink wasnāt completely clean when I first arrived (there was strands of hair).
