Excellent location! Kind staff, and rooms were clean. The water pressure, however, wasn’t great.

Overall pleased with the hotel. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The view from our room was really good.
The location is perfect, close to the train station and a shopping mall literally across the road. The old Medina is only a 10-20 Dirham ride away in a small taxi.
The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and so attentive. Very good choice of different breakfast items. Amazing hospitality and genuine kindness showed by all staff members.
The front desk staff of the hotel need to take some notes from the restaurant staff. Generally need to be more responsive and helpful to guests. Water bottles should be kept at reception and given to guests on request. Small gestures go a long way!
