The staff was prompt in responding to our requests. They are likewise friendly from the security by the door, to the front desk people, to room service.The room is clean as well. I like this property since there is enough parking spot. Will definitely book again in the future.

This is the 4th time i used this hotel, the same problem, the a/c those not cool properly they have to change it, and the worst part the toilet do not flush properly

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.

As usual we had a good stay, though this time in an older room (116) that could use a bit of a face lift. We finished up with our in-town business early and got to the hotel 2 hours before check in. Pleasant staff set us up with a room immediately at no additional charge. Towels were missing from the bathroom but were brought to the room within 3 minutes. I can never get all the TV remotes figured out but a stay member was there to help within 2 minutes of my request. Staff always very attentive and efficient. Great hotel and we are staying again next week.

As always our stay at Circle Inn was great. It's our "go to" hotel in Bacolod and I/we are in Bacolod 7-8 times a year to take care of business and always stay at Circle Inn. Great staff, very welcoming. Spotless, sparkling clean rooms, decent in-house restaurant, fantastic swimming pool and an indoor pond with koi if you just want a few reflective moments. Always quiet, yet a short taxi ride to shopping malls and a Monsterific convenience store just across the parking lot. Incidentally, a great Korean restaurant on Lacson Ave. is a short (maybe 7 minute) taxi ride away. Great value and a great hotel that never disappoints. I spend a lot of time traveling in Asia and this remains one of my favorite places to stay. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Probably the best hotel in Bacolod, and I've stayed in a lot of them.

The price is good. The building is quite old so cleaning is not easy. We know the cleaning can not cover its age. The room is spacious for the price we pay. The restaurant is sufficient to serve its guests.

Not a good location. Not much in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was average. All of the meat in the breakfast buffet was cold. Not much of a selection of food in the breakfast buffet. The room was very nice however and the staff were very friendly.

Bedsheets were very nice. I had a very comfortable sleep. Towels were kinda thin and old, but the cleaning lady changed them everyday. There was no complimentary water in the room but calling room service resulted with a quick delivery of a pitcher of cold water. No hair dryer in the room but again, housekeeping quickly brought one upon request. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel. Staff very helpful.

Put us in the worst room I ever seen burn holes in bed sealing dirty construction banging on wall i got difrent room with better room but hotel gave no break so cheap they charged for everything they can avoid at all costs

My room looked like a motel. It was small, musty and old. The tv was not even a flat screen tv and there was only ONE damn outlet in the whole room! Why?? Buy the staff was very kind and helpful.

I had a good time at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The only complaint is that i had to leave a 500 peso deposit in currency. They took credit cards why could i not use that.

This was our fifth stay in this hotel since 2011 because it is a reasonably priced hotel. My wife & I stayed here recently for a total of 19 days and I wasn't disappointed. Our room was clean with excellent & very courteous accommodating hotel staff . Good reasonably priced buffet breakfast. Air conditioned was a little weak for the size of the room and the 21 inch CRT TV remains outdated but with cable.

Utilised this hotel as a 'base station' for overnight accommodation for 4 nights whilst conducting short day time excursions in the vicinity of Bacolod. The hotel was very adequate for this purpose. I did not use the pool or see others using it as I was out during the days but it appeared to be well maintained and clean.
