Very nice and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great LaQuinta. We've been here many times when in town for volleyball tournaments. Newer, clean, and the staff here are absolutely great. Deborah, their night front desk manager is a gem. We love her.

Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the free breakfast was varied and offered something for everyone.

The hotel itself was amazing, everything nice and clean, as soon as you walked in the lobby was sparkly clean. The people working were very nice. The only think i noticed was when i pulled the sheets off the bed i noticed black hairs, which made me think they weren't washed since it was our first night there. Nothing huge i took them off cleaned the bed. Overall great place. Would recommend

Customer service was great! No issues except I was disappointed in the breakfast. The bacon, not sure if that was real or not. Was disgusting. Not a lot of options. Would recommend more options, more fruit, and teas.

Room was much larger than expected with a Jacuzzi tub outside of the bathroom. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Will stay there again.

Good Budget hotel with good breakfast. Close to Highway and train tracks so a little traffic & train noise at the back but nothing too bad. Not the greatest area but still felt safe in the hotel itself.

Clean, friendly staff

Matthew was amazing during checkin. We were headed home and our car blew up. We were 250 miles from home and it was a stressful situation. We were wet cold and sad. We walked in and there was hot coffee ready, check in took maybe 5 mins in total. He mad us laugh and told us he was happy we were safe and warm now. Great experience! Definitely will be back!

The room was pretty beat up. The control on the wall for the heater didnt work. All the controls on the unit were so worn you couldn't tell what they were for. The tv kept blacking out on us. The faucet in the bathroom had toothpaste on it, the floor was dirty. I slipped in the tub. No mats or strips in it. I could hear the elevator going up and down the shaft all night. The carpet was shredded at the door of the elevator. Another accident waiting to happen. Very industrial area with a lot of fast food places. Didnt feel safe

The hot tub was out of order The toliet was running and needed jogging to get it to stop. The breakfast was ok. It was nice to have snacks at 5 PM. Front desk was helpful. The room and hotel were clean.

Fast check-in and very friendly desk clerk. Matthew was very helpful and made us feel like we were appreciated. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again when in Auburn.

It was friendly and quiet.

I have stayed here many times over many years but the quality is going down. The newer mattresses are very thick and so soft it makes you sink into a divot and makes it hard to change positions. I couldn’t sit on the edge of the bed because it was too high and because it was so soft you would slide off the mattress. I have very bad knees and it was very hard to climb up to get on the mattress. My back hurt by morning. The shower head was on a sliding pole and it wouldn’t stay in place no matter how much you tighten it and ended up having the water hit at my waist or I had to hold it up with my hand. The water temperature and pressure was great though. The toilet kept running and much of the time the flapper didn’t sit right so I kept having to lift the tank lid to adjust the flapper to get water to refill the toilet tank. All the corners of the rooms were dirty and dusty so where the vacuum / mop doesn’t fit nobody would clean it. The walls in the bathroom were dirty with smears on them. Light brown smears by the toilet which makes you think of one thing it could be. They no longer have cable TV with a guide to tell you what’s on. It’s all streaming with each station shown as an icon and you have to just guess what’s showing on the channel. The free breakfast was very good and staff friendly. The parking lot is tight and small but so far it seems safe. I have decided to start trying other hotels in the area because paying this much is too much for all these issues.

The stay was good except that the pool and got tub was broken. One of the main reasons for the choice. After a long day driving was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Very quiet and a great night sleep. Staff was fantastic.

Front desk staff was very hospitable, friendly, and witty!

Everything was alright but I did notice that my mattress probably needs to be replaced, after lying on the bed for a few minutes you'd notice that the mattress would sink on one side but that was the only thing that I really noticed

Great staff, front desk and breakfast, greeted us with a smile and kindness.

No parking available, veterans parking was occupied by Canadian young people. Eggs were ice cold, sausage's some were burnt and also cold. Nobody refilled the eggs or sausages during the over half hour we were in the dining room. We had to ask for regular coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at La Quinta before in Burlington and there was no comparison. Burlington Wa. was excellent.
