Everything was nice and clean. The food was amazing and I would highly encourage everyone to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and bar are also great. Staff was helpful and very kind!

Clean rooms though small and cramped. Nice pool area that was small for the size of hotel, so it got crowded. 3 remotes for the TV was odd and cumbersome. I tried several locations in Cebu City, this was tops. Ayala Center across the street is very nice.

It's a good place to stay. I had issue with the lighting was dark especially the bathroom. Not very spacious room but sufficient. Overall was please with my stay.

Hotel is conveniently located near Cebu Town Ctr. Rooms are spacious and properly appointed. Buffet breakfast spread is really good. Weird that they call you before dinner time to check if your room was Ok. Path going to Cebu Town Ctr filled vagrants the poop on the sidewalk. Otherwise good value for money hotel.

First room door lock not working second room had cockroaches third room did not see any roaches in the room but on the housekeeping cart I did. And also in the restaurant on the table with the food. I went only one night to the buffet. The food was not as good as It was last year. I asked the manager said the cook was different. The food had good presentation but lacked flavor. Special thank you too Barbara the housekeeping person she did an amazing job every time. and Jeffrey and Allen the security/door people I felt well taken care of and secure. Also thank you for staffing a person with disabilities. A deaf housekeeping person. I was Abe to chat as I can sign. Rooms very comfortable. And water hot and great water pressure. I'd stay again if they did something about the roaches. And maybe the food. I know it's the Philippines butIt's not a cheap hotey very classy. So maybe get the pests under control

I did not enjoy my stay in quest hotel. The hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel but the room is clearly outdated. TV was a non-smart TV with no clear channels, kettle didn't work, room much smaller than depicted in the photos, shower would flood when used, breakfast was acceptable, and hotel was very busy. The saving grace is that the hotel is located right next to the mall and the beds themselves were cosy, and the aircon worked beautifully. Sadly for the price, I won't be choosing this hotel again next time.

It was good hotel. But there is another door conncecting to next room. It was locked but no soundproofed. I could totally hear the TV sound from the next door. I don't understand why they designed the room like that. Except it, other things were good.

Excellent hotel and staff is well trained and helpful. Pool on 7th floor, small gym on floor six. Breakfast was very very good with a lot of attention.

The buffet breakfast was still good. Unfortunately, the rooms have musty smell. Everything is outdated. Air conditioner has been leaking every time we stay in this place for 2-3 consecutive years.

I stayed here 5 months ago and stayed again here today and I will plan to come and stay here in the future as well foe my next trip here in the Philippines. The location is great near Ayala where all the shopping, restaurants and even entertainment.

We like the place. Definitely, going to use this hotel. Food was great. A lot of choices. Having said that, the bed in our room has seen better days. The same goes for the towels. But our overall rating is still above average. Pau
