I only stayed overnight and checked in late at night. I also checked out very early in the morning. I was not able to use my breakfast coupon. Since it is located in a residential area, there is a lot of traffic around and one way streets. It would be difficult for a foreigner to navigate around this area. For Filipinos, it is OK and we understand. Armed with a black light, I am glad the room, bed, pillows, and sheets were clean. I liked that there is no carpet; the floor was clean. I also liked that there was an outer room (separate from the bedroom) with dining table and chairs and a sink. The bathroom need to be renovated and those old white towels need to go! I actually used my own towels. The hotel should invest in some good towels.
On check-in, front desk was asking for a big deposit. I kind of understand why, but, I was not informed by Expedia when I did my reservation through them. So, I was not prepared.
Having worked for a big international hotel, I know hotel operations. Had I stayed longer in this hotel, I probably would have more to say. Anyway, since cleanliness is the first on my list, overall, I would rate this hotel good.
