Did not like the smell of pot in the hallway. We booked mainly for the pool and it was closed. The property did not notify guests to let them know ahead of time. There was a large party in the lobby that was pretty noisy when we checked in. The one staff person working was busy trying to help guests and the party.

Not bad but not up to Courtyard standards. Toilet seat was barely connected. Checked in at 5 a mechanic was off duty and all tools locked up so repair person could only attach one bolt.
When you arrive if you'd like a coffee it's the usual Starbucks charge, most places have coffee and hot water available in the lobby all the time.
Twice I went by the registration counter to talk with someone but nobody there. Waited a few mins but no person. Could have called instead and I imagine that would have worked but didn't bother.
Generally no smiles on any workers I saw and seemed like not a happy place.

The heat in my room did not work. The “heat mode” on the panel of the in-room heater/AC simply blew cold air. The thermostat on the wall by the door had been disconnected.
Also, the market in the lobby is far too expensive. It’s one thing to charge for convenience, but charging $10.07 for a Snickers bar and a bottle of Ginger Ale is highway robbery.

Very spacious room, clean, comfortable. We booked through hotels.com and the amenities listed included coffee in the lobby. What was not stated was the coffee wasn’t free, plus the breakfast was very expensive compared to other places in the area. Other less expensive hotels provide free coffee. Otherwise, this hotel was very nice

This hotel doesn’t offer free breakfast what is the case in many other even cheaper hotels. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Service is done once every two days.

awkward location in a dead area . Night staff at desk were upbeat and helpful.....The lady at the main desk during the day was dismissive and un-helpfull........She took what could have been an enjoyable stay and made it a no return deal

Clean room and facilities. Close to highway. Love the Starbucks downstairs. The price matches the value!

Hospitality was great! Room was big disappointment. Some things were broken, like the pull out bed. Rug with lots of stains. Looks like courtyard is not spending any money on the rooms. Low staff issues, pool waiting on parts. But, again, staff was friendly and did all they can.

Easy access right off the highway. Reasonably priced. Parking lot was well lit. Overall very clean and quiet. Was a good first-time experience.
