I normally like giving 5 stars but I subtract one because the staff did their job, followed their rules but didn’t seem available for anything beyond that. Personally, I’d subtract a star just for the fact there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. To me, this is standard and the effort it would take to provide so very, very low. It’s a poor decision
Other than these mild complaints though, the hotel is a relative good value, in an excellent location and with large enough and quiet rooms. We enjoyed our stay there for 6 nights, loved Okinawa and were there long enough to manage around the minor shortcomings.
Hotel management though, get a coffee machine!

This hotel is great! It is centrally located (attached to a monorail station) and a few blocks away Kokusai-dori (the famous shopping street). The staff were very courteous, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean and quiet. A wonderful stay!
