Very clean and more than I expected

Non smoking rooms upstairs over smoking rooms so they naturally smelled like smoke. Housekeeping spoke no English and I had a do not disturb hanger on my door(that I purchased myself) and since they couldn't read it the took it and entered my room anyway.

Rooms are nice and clean, the beds are sooooooo comfy, I did see a bug but I’m told this is a renovated hotel and it used to be a crap show…. So I’m not surprised but glad it was only one! The only thing negative about the place is it’s location honestly, all you hear is the freeway 😒

There was a problem. Staff went above & beyond to make things right quickly.

Roaches

I would strongly recommend that you pass this Motel up. Its a Roach Dive! If you can't and are in a pinch, I suggest you inspect the room before officially checking in. Upon checking in we were given room 116. After an intial 30 second inspection the room was filled with roaches. I was then put in room 223. A much cleaner room, but pretty much a dirt pad would have been better. We obviously had Snoop Dog and Cheech and Chong in one room next to us. The smell of weed was over welming. I think we got a contact buzz the smell was so strong. Lucky for us we had The Incredible Hulk in Child form in the room on our other side. This child was allowed to run the breezeway, banging on doors and beating and banging in the room. Unfortunately for us we were in a situation where we were stuck in this abomination. We called the front desk who said they were contacting the room. Haha! 2 minutes later the Incredible Hulk was back at. On the verge of a breakdown I called Hotels.com to see if there was any help I could get. We went out of town to Do something for Veterans Day. Since I'm a disabled Veteran with PTSD the loud banging and noise was more than I could personally handle. We left early in order to save my sanity.

Amazing and so pleasantly surprised. The BEST Motel6 experience I have had. Previous trials had not gone well and I was definitely a bit leery. We needed a room for a softball tournament and it was the most affordable that had GREAT REVIEWS and NO mention of bugs. I would definitely stay again

It was nice. It was the only hotel in about a 45 min radius that had a double room and we were more than happy with the accommodations and staff there.

BUGS! I'd killed 5 bugs (roaches and flies) during my visit from the day I got there to the day I left. I actually had to buy bug spray make sure roaches didn't get into my things. I also had to do my own thorough cleaning before settling in. The ppl working there (they may have been the owners) were really nice and welcoming, but I wouldn't stay there again unless I have no choice.

I am 6 months pregnant they had bed bugs me and my kids got bite. I called the front office he was so rude then we only got 2 pillows to a bed that was very in for me he told me it’s nothing he could do just nasty

This place was so nice! Our room was very clean. The bathtub and toilet were sparkling. The owners are so kind and welcoming. They were so sweet to our kids. It is a very nice place to stay for a few nights.

The website states there is a pool at the property which is one of the reasons we booked it. There was no useable pool, just an old one behind the hotel that was covered up and looked like a construction zone. The website also stated free breakfast but when we went to the lobby at 7:45 am, the lobby was locked up and there was no breakfast.

After reading the ratings I had high expectations. Although the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was disappointing. The room had cracks in the walls, the hot water in the sink did not work and one of the lamps did not work.

Did have a room for me

The front desk person denied to have any sorth of business with expedia saying that the money expedia collect it goes to a diferent owner that is not him. He offer to sell me the room if i paid on the spot wich it seems sketchy to me,after calling expedia costumer they inform us that they probably sold the room but they will check that information and they will relocate us after this fiasco wich the guy after the expedia costumer service tried to reach the facility the rude front desk person never answear the call,we were watching all the time.

Requested smoking room but there was a pest control problem. Moved to non smoking and there were still issues and had to go outside to smoke. Huge inconvenience and I only down graded to have access to smoking room! They were very friendly about the whole situation but it really could have been better for the price!

Didn't like the furniture. Needs to be updated. Like the location a lot.

There were bugs and mold in the room. There was a long strand of hair in the breakfast eggs. It wasnt mine because I have short hair.

Was fairly clean, ok for the price paid. two lights did not work. Not enough recepticles for devices needed. Bed was semi comfortable. Only needed it for quick rest. Fairly satisfied for the price.

Our room had a funny odor that made my nose burn. And there was banging on the walls all night. No doubt their usual classy clientele. I’d say it just needs to be redone, but probably best they just tear the thing down and start over. If you are committed to staying in this area, there’s a lovely looking La Quinta Inn across the street.

They didn’t have my king sized bed like I booked even though my confirmation was a king. The room was so run down and dirty. They had dead roaches and the dresser was broken

After reading all the reviews on this place I didn’t know what to expect. Our room was clean, beds were super comfortable, we had no issues. They were extremely pet friendly. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this is a good choice, just don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles.

room was full of bugs. People slamming doors ,talking loudly outside and blaring music soo loud keeping you up. A lot of shady characters around the hotel.

First room had roaches running around as soon as we opened the door. The 2nd room had a broken security latch, toilet seat, and toilet flush knob. I won’t stay there again.

So, it is easy to sign up for a smoking room by mistake. Then they want to charge the higher price to get what you need. I arrived for a two night stay and they only changed me to non-smoking when I said to cancel the second night. Then someone with room access after the cleaning crew cleaned between clients had taken the battery out of the smoke detector and the non-smoking room smelled like pot. I just put the battery back in the smoke detector. The TV was unplugged. I plugged it back in and it did not work. I called the front desk and asked them to fix it the next day. Slept. Went to my meetings. Came back at 4 pm. The room had not been cleaned and the TV was not touched. Called the front desk. The husband came up. Turned the TV on and the remote only worked to change chanenels. When I complained about the room not being cleaned, he just shrugged his shoulders. Drive by this hell hole!. .
