When we first checked in everything seemed good! We found our room and walked in. We were impressed with the room at first! It smelled and looked clean, the layout was nice, the bathroom seemed more spacious than most hotel bathrooms. Upon inspecting the sheets there were a couple of small stains that were not very attractive, even disgusting looking. So we went to the front desk and asked if they could please have the sheets changed in our room for this reason. They wouldn't and told us that they were going to put us in a different room. The room they switched us to I feel like was a downgrade! The layout wasn't as attractive, the thermostat on the wall didn't work and was loosely attached to the wall, there was facial hair clippings under the lip of the sink, and this room shared a wall with the laundry room and could be heard through the wall. At approximately 11 that night one of the front desk employees informed us that the sheets had been changed if we wanted move back to our original room. I opted not to due so for the fact of the time of day and we had already settled in to the second room. The following morning after we had packed up all of our personal belongings I had this strange feeling that i needed to look under the mattress because it was so uncomfortable. When I lifted the mattres I found someone's bra that had been left there for who knows how long! The cleaning staff here really needs to do a lot better job here!

The room we booked wasn’t available. The room they switched us to didn’t have a fold-out couch to sleep our 5th person. We had to get a couch moved in and the chair out. The handicap accessible bathroom only had a chair that folded down on which to sit and it didn’t work properly- it tilted down which made even a non-handicapped person have to lean forward in the tub- it wasn’t useful. The biggest issue was that bathroom door did not latch and we asked multiple times (including the first night where we were told “we can’t get to that tonight” & at then asked least 2 more separate days for it to be done and it only finally was fixed by the final (4th) night of our stay. We were told we were being enrolled in Best Western loyalty so we’d at least get a free night and haven’t seen anything from them. Overall not pleased. Unacceptable that the bathroom door took 3 days to get fixed. Overnight manager seemed to have little interest in our problem and zero follow through.

Property appeared to be clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean however the body soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty, so good thing I brought my own. Free breakfast was a little disappointing only meat selection was a ham slice, no sausage or bacon. No egg selection either you ate scrambled or you skipped.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Check-in was a 30 second simple chore (we pre-booked), location, convenience, staff help and accommodation, quiet. When visiting this part of the world again, this will be our only option.

We were in town for the funeral of my father. We arrived around noon. While the hotel itself was totally fine, we had to wait 3 hours to check in. When you don’t know a lot about the town you’re in, wasting 3 hours is kinda hard.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Ardmore. Everything was terrific. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot. Our room was great and the beds were comfortable. And it didn't cost us a fortune. Plus, there were food options next door to make life easy. I would gladly stay here again.

Check in was hellish at best, the front desk clerk was rude. In the two years we've been visiting this location the deposit for incidentals has gone from zero to $250. After making the deposit the clerk simply threw my room key on the table and continued playing on her computer i received no information about what my room number was or where to find the room, at that point I was unaware if they even offered breakfast much less what time it was, I found out the next morning it was supposed to end at 9:30am however when i arrived at 9:00am they had already closed the breakfast down. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

The room was very big and comfortable. However, the duvet was stained and the bench was ripped. We forgot our shampoo and were glad to see they had it provided until we showered and there was no shampoo, conditioner and minimal body wash. The breakfast wasn’t good either. The fruit was old and half the topping for oatmeal or yogurt was empty. 1 oatmeal packet available when we are at 7:30. The waffle batter also tasted sour. We drank a glass of orange juice and left.

Well,stay was ok,but they debited my debit card twice which put extra pending on my account, which I don't understand why or how they can get by with this, motel and bank says will not be charged after final charges go thru?

Upon check in i was informed i would need to provide a debit card for $250 for incidentals, i understand a card is usually required at most hotels however i have never been charged more that $10 to confirm the card number. I stayed at this same location 2 weeks prior and was not required to give any card information. The attendant said this was because i booked with a third party. As well the attendant would not charge items from the canteen to my room saying again because i booked through a third party. Also they closed breakfast an hour earlier than the last time i stayed at the same location. Room was clean but missing part of coffee maker rendering it unusable.

Toilet was broke before we ever arrived. The lady at the desk the night I checked didn’t have the best customer service attitude. In a horrible location and overall just seemed really trashy.

Check in was great, they even let us check in a little early. The room was clean, but there was no conditioner (which I didn't realize, of course, until 1/2 way through the shower). Speaking of shower, for some reason, we were given the Handicap room, which was fine, but the shower curtain barely reached the tub, so we had water all over the floor, and the shower wand wouldn't stay up far enough on the handle, so it was not very convenient.
