The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, I was able to leave my case at reception as I was off out for the day, and wouldn't be back till the evening.
The hotel was lovely had a good relaxing feeling.
My room was very clean and cosy.
Bathroom was clean, however the hot water in the shower went cold after a short time. Not to bad a thing as the cold water woke me up and I was ready for the day (04.00). The bed was clean and comfy however, it felt like the bed was on a slight slop. I felt at times i was going to roll off 😄 (no I hadn't being drinking).
Not really sure what the hatch / boarded up thing was all about.
I did hit my head on it during the night 🙄
I was a lot better than the one I stayed in the night before.
I would stay here again. In a double room next time. 😊

Helpful staff, great breakfast and a central location in Ryde are the plus points that make up for the fact this is now a pretty tired hotel.

The location and standard of the hotel was great, and the scaffolders turned up at 6am, end of sleep
