The hotel was a bit of luxury for the last few days of trip. Rooms are lovely and the resort is well kept. Only problem is it is in middle of nowhere. There are a couple of shops and restaurants outside the resort but that's it so if you don't want to stay in your hotel in the evening this isn't for you. The city of phan thiet is about 5 miles away and taxis aren't readily available. Mosquitos are a huge problem here as there are lily pad window boxes around the villas. So many in the room so we got so many bites even with repellent on. Was glad to leave for this reason.

The whole resort is okay with the facilities stated, e.g. swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. It is by the sea side and you can see the sea view from the restaurant. The room is lovely and quite big.
However, there is only one restaurant in the resort. It was a bit dirty. Lots of flies and mosquitoes. Insufficient fans. It was really hot and annoyed when the mosquitoes kept flying towards our meals. Yet, we didn't have any other choice for dining. Therefore, it is only okay for a short stay.

The staff were very good. And I consider that the food was both tasty and not overpriced. Though they are many restaurants not too far away. Suspect you prefer using a car.
Stayed in the middle of the week so no breakfast buffet
But you could order what you needed and would not go away hungry.
We had a svit. With view over the water
