We had a great experience here. The hotel staff took good care of us from the moment we checked in. Upon checking in we were informed that an upgraded room with a private balcony was available and we could have it at no additional cost. The front desk staff helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward. We have a two year old and the children's programs here are great; please note that children under four still need an adult present. The activities team went out of their way to be sweet to our daughter and she had a great time from playing at the indoor playground in the morning to "baby disco" after dinner.
The bar is nice and the bar tender will take excellent care of you if you stop in for a beer. The "full board" option is the way to go for dining if you don't want to take winding mountain roads to the main town in the valley for every meal. Imagine cruise ship style dining without the cruise ship. The ladies in the spa will also take good care of you; please note that massages here are not an hour like you may be accustomed to.

There is also a ski shop on site with reasonable pricing and friendly service. Not only can you rent ski equipment, but they have sleds to rent and ski clothing to buy I case you forgot something. Lift tickets, however, cannot be purchased on site and require a short walk down to the lift area.
