Very helpful and welcoming staff, but the facilities were old and it wasn't the cleanest hotel. It's located close to the beach on a touristy area. A little bit noisy since the walls are super thin. Overall it was ok, but I've seen better in Vietnam.

Amazing place to stay for such a low price. Sure the alley it's in looks a little sketchy at first but it's totally safe and there's also some good restaurants in it and around the corner that don't charge an arm and a leg. The beach is a very short walk away (the time it takes to play one song). So many restaurants in the area it would take you a year to try them all. And the front desk ladies are all so nice, as others have commented. Always greeting you with a sincere, genuine smile even though they must see each guest a few times a day. The room itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The water in the showers is now hot I can report (a complaint from older reviews). So if you're on a budget and just want a clean, decent, well located room without paying an arm and a leg, this place fits the bill.

We arrived earlier than check in time but the room was ready. This hotel is located in an alley just beside the big street. We were quite sceptical about the location when we arrived but after meeting the staffs we were glad with our choice. I would say that Muslim’s are rare in Nha Trang (especially women in hijabs) but the staffs here made we feel very welcomed. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time if we are coming back.

It is a nice place to stay in Nha Trang, food location in the city. Staff always helpful and friendly. All toiletries provided. Room quite normal but fine.

The best low price hotel ,you can walk to the beach within 10 mins and shopping or eating around just nearby ,but the room cleaning needs to make progress .The front desk lady offer lots of tour information and taxi service ,thanks again .Anyway ,this is a nice hotel you don't need spend much money !

Location was great, near to the main beach and famous restaurants. Breakfast is not included. I stayed with my family here for 3 days and it was a pleasant stay. Confortable room and quite area but near to the center of Nha Trang. Staff was very kind. Not fancy but reasonable hotel. I would stay here if I come to Nha Trang again.

Bed is just a foamy. Bats flying at you when walking to the room at night. There is no beach until low tide (pictures are taken to make it seem like there is). Towels were old and stained. The staff is really good though

I enjoyed my stay here as the staff were lovely however I was left with a bitter feeling at the end due to an incident with my rental. A big word of warning about scooter hire here (and anywhere in Vietnam). I was forced (they keep your passport until check out) to pay 14million Dong ($814 AUD) replacement cost for my rental that was stolen (White Honda Wave plate: 79-N1-36094) while parked near the beach at night for a few minutes. Lesson painfully learnt, always keep an eye on your rental, otherwise only park in paid areas that give you a ticket (don't loose this).

My family stayed in 3 rooms and all was really clean and nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the area was save and nice - very close to the beach; different activities around, in the heart of Nha Trangs tourist center...However, the hotel is in a small alley and has no parking place. So we had to park from quite a distance. If they would have had a garage, this hotel would have been perfect. Anyway, we all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice quiet location although very centrally located in the main tourist area. A number of local restaurants, a little fruit and vegetables market and motorbike rental are available just opposite the hotel.

CR Hotel was perfect for the price. Walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The receptionists were incredibly helpful. They helped get train tickets, discounts on mud baths, helped me top up my sim card, and were very friendly in doing so. The cleaning staff does a great job. The hotel room was very clean. We did have a few ants here or there in the room but they were harmless and there were not many of them. The wifi worked sufficiently, but a bit slow in the evenings as with most places in Vietnam. I would stay here again.

We picked the hotel for its budget price and good rating from Expedia. It was only a few meters from the main road and very conveniently located where everything is in walking distance. The hotel was very small and basic, but clean and more than enough for what we paid for. Receptionists were friendly as well. There was no swimming pool or breakfast, but not only food was just around the corner, we went to Nha Trang for a beach holiday, so a pool was not necessary.

This was my second stay here and you get a good level of comfort for the price that you pay. The ladies at reception are very nice people and trustworthy. When you leave your money, passport, etc. with them for safekeeping, they give you an itemised receipt. There is construction work in the building next door that starts at 7 am and finishes at 5 pm which is annoying. This is scheduled to be completed by end of Sept.

My family (2A2C) stayed here for three nights. We had a balcony room with city views. The hotel is accessed by an alley and we were on the alley side so the room was quiet. For four of us the rooms were a little cramped. Good food found nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We spent one day on Vinpearl, for the 12&15yo it was a great place for the water slides and rides. Very clean and no traffic there so a nice break from busy streets!

Was told on check in that they had not received any booking email from Expedia. I was to be moved to an inferior room to the one I had booked. I ask told I would be refunded the difference in price. I never was though. Turns out it was only $2 per night difference and I only like stayed for two nights so didn't bother chasing it up. The staff were friendly, the room was a bit cramped but fine for a two night stay. Room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is down a small side street so was a bit quieter than being on the noisy streets nearby. Location is very good. Close to the beach and literally hundreds of places to eat within walking distance.

Good experience there. The staff is really nice and the place is very good. But there is a bad thing to say about this place, the wifi is very bad so you can't get connected.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice epically for the price. No view from any of the rooms of the beach, but central location on a quite alley, will be returning.
