We had a nice stay at Sawin Logs. Twila was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The deck was especially nice to sit out and have morning coffee.

The Sawin' Logs was a great place to stay. Twila, the owner, texted me at 1:00pm asking when we would arrive because she had a meeting from 2:30 to 4:00. I said we were 30 minutes out and she said come now! She greeted us as we came up the driveway, showed us around, gave us dining suggestions and away we went! We saw her in the evening, chatted about our day and hers and gave us ideas for day 2. It could not have been better. After hitting the sights and short drives, it was nice to just sit on the deck in the evening with a drink and chill. The view was fantastic. It's a short drive to Devils Tower and the Ponderosa, where we ate. If you've had enough of hotels and crowds,this is the place to be.
