The reviews about the excellent service were spot on. All staff is quick to open the door for you and didn't miss. I like that they stored my bags so I could get lunch after check-out. Check in and check out were very smooth. The bed was very comfortable with pillows not being too big.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The first room however was above maintenance works and we were disturbed by loud hammering. The outside scaffolding was on our balcony which made it unusable. They moved us to the back of the Hotel which was better but i think the room should not have been given to a guest. The mattresses seem to be plastic and the duvets are very thick which makes you feel very hot in the night. Nice pool in the middle of the courtyard. Hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant but breakfast is offered opposite at gerrys grill or next to the hotel barangay breakfast buffet and a la carte. All in all a nice Hotel and value for the price.

Stayed here for a week. The complimentary breakfast was great and had good options. The satff were very helpful and attentive. Getting in and out of the area is difficult though since there is no public transit in the vicinity. Overall, great experience

They asked us to sign a form that has a list of items inside the room without going thru the list first, such as how many glasses, cups & saucers; trash can; remote control; hangers; etc. When I refused to sign before checking, I got a serious look. They did the same with my brother. They asked him to sign before entering the room. It was hours later before he realized that some items on the list were not even inside his room! I find this practice unusual. I've stayed with other hotels more expensive than this but they never asked me to sign a list of items inside the room. Our breakfast was included with our reservation. They serve buffet for others. But, people like us who got it thru this booking were given a set meal. The serving size of this meal is quite small, fit only for kids (even for Filipino standard). 1 small egg, 3 thin slices of spam (or some other dish that they serve in their buffet) but also very small serving, a small cup of rice, coffee & juice. Heard several people had to pay extra just to have a decent size meal. Maybe they should put a note when making a reservation what type of breakfast they would serve so people will not expect much. Room size, it was spacious. But, saw some dirt on the bedsheets (we have 2 queen size beds, both look dirty). We requested to have it cleaned the following day. Over all, in my opinion, the price I paid for this stay wasn't worth it. Will definitely avoid this place in the future.

Wife and I were very pleased with Court Meridian. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was very clean, and in good repair. Breakfast is off-site but very much within walking distance. The hotel is on Waterfront Road, but at the end where the noise level is not at all high. All in all, wife and I enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has become our favorite in Subic. Good variety of rooms, nice pool for the kids, close to waterfront and to restaurants, easy on-site parking. The cleanliness is great. And above all, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

We stay often in this hotel. As always, we received good service all around. The AC was insufficient, did not go down further than 17 C on the remote control, and it still felt 23 C. The hotel also appears to unplug fridges to aggressively save on power, but then forgets to plug then back in as guests arrive.

We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time

Polite staff/workers. Not the room we expected. We booked seaview but it is more of a side view, facing other buildings. We complained and were transferred one floor higher. Still the same view, side of the hotel. Though we get to see the ocean from a certain angle in the veranda and a bit higher than neighboring buildings so they dont see our room right tru. Pictures are nicer than actual. Room is a bit outdated.

we book 5 rooms, we arrive at 2:20 PM but 1 room was under sanitized, we wait for 1 hour to prepare and sanitized the room, over all is still ok..

Court Meridian is my favorite hotel in Subic and we've been staying here since 2012. The ambiance and aura of the hotel always gives me this homey and inviting feeling every time we stay. Our recent trip was ok, just ok. There were fewer staff, understandably due to the effects of the pandemic to businesses. There are some amenities that changed too, like the Aresi restaurant is no longer operational. Overall, I felt a shift in the ambiance, a "trying-to-survive" vibe which makes me sad. I still love this hotel and in fact have booked our next family stay in Dec 2021. Looking forward to it! hang in there!

The hotel was nice but they are cutting corners like not running the pump and filter on the pool and having a difficult time to get them to clean the room. Also the on site restaurant has gone our of business. Overall good place especially after surviving coronavirus shut downs etc. would give a second chance to see if they have improved. Trying to run a business id difficult in these trying times.
