Me & my family stayed from 23rd of May until 31st May on adjacent rooms.
Staff were very polite & courteous. Not only in the lobby also in the restaurant during dinner & breakfast. Selection for the breakfast was amazing. It catered for various nationalities & we were able to taste unique Indonesian cusine. Staff in the hotel made us feel very special. Special thanks to Audi, Destri, Endri & Febi. There were other staff who were very helpful aswell unfortunately I cannot recall their name. They constantly helped us to plan our trip each day with various suggestions & advice. We wish we had more time to stay in Jakarta which has become one of our most unforgettable trip.
Very special thanks to Mr.Bayu (Manager) for his kind & beautiful message which was left in my room number 1233.
Not only we miss Indonesia also this hotel which made our holiday memorable.
