Location is excellent. Quieter street, just a block up from busier Lakeside Rd. Very helpful staff, including their own trekking outfit to help you arrange drivers and/or porters. Muesli,banana, and hot milk and chai were my breakfast choice. Lovely garden. Near best cafe (Am/PmOrganic Cafe) and good restaurants. So helpful with arranging transportation for day trips. Kind, friendly, helpful, clean and great price. We stayed here three times...why tamper with success. Very good value.

A home away from home. Helpful staff without being too subservient. Great spacious rooms with the most wonderful view. Good food.
