The staff were amazing! They made you feel so welcome and were always so happy to see you. They were very helpful when we were sick and when we needed to stay longer.

It was clean, inexpensive, and centrally located. The staff were great. The Mgr hooked me up with a good hire to get me over to Pokhara as well. Oh, the Japanese Restaurant Ichiran in the lobby was awesome. Really good sushi and other dished too!

Best Hotel in Kathmandu with hot water, WIFI and service. Staff are so good and polite, 24 hours reception. They have Japanese restaurant in ground floor to serving quality foods for their clients as all.
Location is very good and if you contact at hotel earlier then they will offer you airport pick up facilities too.
They have travel desk for serving their clients to helping ticket, tours, trekking as well as climbing info. Thank you Pleasure home team for your great hospitality.
