When I arrived there was no one at the counter, there was another person there before me who said he had been waiting over 30 minutes. He called the hotel several times and the phone rang and rang. About 20 minutes after I got there a guy came out from a room behind the desk wiping his mouth. There was no internet the entire time I was there, there was a cable issue. The room was nice thankfully and it was quiet, that was a blessing.

Check in staff dirty clothes with stains on them , child running around not professional for price paid . Room given was pet room had no pets was hard to breath from smell of room cleaning products strong to accommodate smell.. breakfast and food served poor quality. When to get coffee upon checkin Cold ….Hotel is a rig worker clientele paid 245. Canadian overpriced ratings online said 8-8 excellent … for rig workers maybe but not general public . Disappointing for sure won’t stay at this hotel change from that experience 😞

Stayed here for 5 days. Overall was a good stay. Good complementary breakfast. Comfortable bed. Pool heater was supposedly broken, water was cold! This was a reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Back bbq atea outside could use attention. It was dirty and full trash cans. I would stay here again as long as pool heater is working.

I mainly stay at this property since they are pet friendly and close to my parents home. Front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, the beds were horrible so I didn’t sleep well. My room was close by the elevator and could hear noises thought the night/early morning. Overall the property was very peaceful but the mattresses desperately need to be replaced! Will stay here again as long as they continue to be pet friendly.

Staff was nice, helpful and professional. The A/C/heater worked well but was noisy. Enjoyed the workout center. very nice and clean. I think the housekeeping staff is doing their best but there are signs that the property is starting to get a bit dated. I thought the elevator was the dirtiest part of the hotel.

Nice property, clean room, helpful staff and at a reasonable rate for the area. Wish i would have brought my swim teunks and golf clubs. Pecos golf course is directly behind property.

The property is very close to I-20, but the rooms on the back side are very quiet. I wasn't in a room on the front side, so I don't know if they are quiet, also.

Attendants were friendly, Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable.. room could use a few upgrades, older Hotel. Breakfast was ok, eggs were powdery. Biscuits & gravy were good, juice machine was broken.

This was my first time staying with LaQuinta and i absolutely loved it. Every single staff member (the manager, front desk staff, the sweet chef/cook) was incredibly welcoming to me and my pets. The hotel is quiet, very clean, and modern. I plan to stay at this property again soon.

The front desk staff that checked us in were very welcoming to me and my dog. Very sweet ladies that seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Also the breakfast lady was super sweet. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again

There was construction 🚧 around the area. I requested a bottom floor and was denied, the receptionist was extremely rude didn’t explain nothing when I asked questions. Rooms are small and beds are not queen size but full size will not stay here again.

Construction going on so rough to get in. Card key did not work well. Tv would not work. But maintenance came out and fixed it.

They have indoor pool and the heater wasn’t working and the water in the pool was very cold, no drinking water in the room, I couldn’t even drink a coffee because there wasn’t any coffee or water in the room, I when to the lobby and the coffee was cold. Amenities that you paid for it, and there not available.
