The room, including the kitchen, was clean and well maintained. Although we initially experienced a language barrier with the staff, they were attentive and resolved the situation promptly. The hotel offers a variety of excellent amenities, though we did not have the opportunity to use them during our stay.
We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, which we discussed with management. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the staff’s efforts to ensure our satisfaction.

Room was clean although when we first arrived, the temperature in the room was 60 degrees. Too cold for me! Great hotel. Upscale. Staff were friendly. Clean.
