Great stay. Staff was great! My daughter left her Polaroid in the restaurant and the staff kept it safe for her until we returned in the evening.

Perfect location — not right on Times Square but close to that bustle, the theaters, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, MOMA. Every eating option imaginable nearby, too (including a fabulous bakery/coffeehouse a block away, Angelina’s). Even though the weather was terrible, we could still walk almost everywhere because of the proximity. Scored a 65th-floor room with a view of Times Square — stunning! For a huge (double — partnered with Courtyard) hotel, service was efficient, elevators were fast, and breakfast crowd was managed smoothly. Breakfast buffet choices were surprisingly good. Very nice and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping to buffet. With all these positives, the rate was extremely good. We’ll be back for sure!

Refrigerator and dishwasher was out of order inn our completely stay, the technical staff tried to fix it 5 times without being able to fix it. Incredible poor service and no interest to help us with new room or any compensation. Was promised 100 USD for the food we had to throw away, but even after 1 month we have received it. What kind of service/support is this?. We have sent complain by mail/telephone and we wrote down all things that was wrong when we was there. We had mould inside our refrigerator that you sent up to clean when we told you. Coffee machine was out of order, it was replaced, missing the remote control and you came up with a new one. But 5 days without kitchen and no compensation. Unbelievable after traveling properly 20 times in the US this was the worst customer support we have experienced.

This was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. It was close to all the action and had many great dining options. Super close to Time square and Central Park. The room was also perfect. Fantastic view on the 48th floor. The hot breakfast was included which is rare and very appreciated. Would stay here again.

My bride of 38 years and I traveled back to NYC from Cincinnati for a fun weekend. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast very good. Hotel location near Broadway was great for us. Equipment in gym could use some repair.

Second time stayed at this hotel. Bedsheets, pillow and quilt seem dirty, felt itchy, furniture old and floor carpet dirty. Breakfast area always crowded and hard to get to dine in and then restuarant closed for breakfast. Hope they will upgrade or do something.

Although the price of NYC hotels can be quite a shock, I was extremely pleased with this property. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the room was designed with well-integrated storage. The room had a great view of the city and it was a nice oasis in a busy city. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. Victor really stood out as an exemplary team member, expressing concern for my comfort and satisfaction repeatedly. The hotel made my mini-vacation an extremely enjoyable one.

Was given a studio on the 55th floor, which has amazing views of the city. Was extremely quiet. Outstanding front desk clerks. Concierge was helpful.

Well, the bed pillows have body odor and need to be replaced. There was no clothing storage available except for a very narrow hanging closet. However, there is a kitchen area with pots and pans in the cupboard with no stove to cook on. Could that space have been better planned to provide additional clothing storage space? Glad we were only staying for 1 night. The included breakfast was better than expected. The room was a complete disappointment.

Great location for a city stay with easy access to transportation options including access to JFK Airport. Comfortable room with a panoramic city view and a breakfast buffet in the morning. I would stay here again if in NY.

The property is in central part of Manhattan with easy access to Hop On Hop Off buses, shows, Time Square and Fifth Avenue. Lots of breakfast options with plenty of seating. Also, enough elevators that you don’t need to wait long to get where you’re going. Rooms are very small and we did have problems with the shower door, which did not close. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We have been to New York twice for a week and both times we stayed at the Residence In. Near Central Park. We travelled with a group of 11 on this occasion for our wedding and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lani was great from the moment we arrived and we will definitely be back again!

We stayed here for a 21st birthday and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating! We were in a corner suite with a view and were made very welcome from start to finish! Conveniently located with lots to explore nearby - close to Times Square and Central Park. Could not recommend enough! Thank you for making our celebrations so special!

We booked a Studio with 2 Double Beds, Non Smoking, Park View for 3 adults and one teen. We were in a corner room on the 47th floor, great views of the river and Central Park and the hotel is well located for visiting all the main attractions and for the subway. Guest laundry facilities were great and easy to use. However, that is where the positives end for us. When we arrived we were told the room was a “corner suite - one of the largest rooms we have” which I find really hard to believe. It was tiny even by New York hotel standards. There was no Kitchenette (hob) as advertised, (there was a microwave), the coffee maker was half full of water and coffee dregs from the last guests and there were dirty glasses in the dishwasher. Even if we had wanted to cook in the room there was no table or chairs to enable us to sit and eat (one desk chair and one arm chair). Additionally, the TV didn’t work when we arrived and a bulb was out in a bedside lamp - we waited about an hour for an engineer to come and fix these items. Overall the room felt not very well prepared for new guests. Throughout our stay, we had one day where only 3 towels were left and toiletries not replenished another where we were completely out of toilet roll and had to ask 4 times at the front desk to get some!! Also be aware lighting in corridors not great and walls painted a dark colour so the walk from lift to your room is a dark one. Overall a disappointing stay here.

We loved our stay , victor the reception was very attentive and kind, very helpful. The operations manager jamie was so friendly and will really take care of your need. Excellent spread of breakfast . Very convenient to transportation and times square . Will recommend the hotel to friends.

Excellent location a short walk from many attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Room was clean and well equipped though a little tight to make use of the kitchen area as there was only a long dressing table no other area to eat if making use of this facility. The views from the room were great. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options which changed throughout the week. Overall I would be happy to recommend.
