We stayed at Simple Plus Hotel in Taipei for 3 weeks from mid-April to early-May of 2026. My husband and I were very pleased!
The staff were very resourceful, helpful and friendly (especially, Dessin, Kevin, Jack, Claire, Cindy, Linda and others). They took our requests happily and gracefully. And it seems every staff works as a team.
Our room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Public areas in the hotel also were cleaned and properly arranged.
The included breakfast was great (both Asia & Western foods); also, was properly & nicely served (no paper plates or plastic utensils).
And the hotel is conveniently located (5 minutes' walk to MRT Rail Station, Bus stop, and taxis). Various restaurants were available around the hotel.
We also met many happy guests in this hotel. Some of them even made reservation for their next stay when they check-out.
We had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Congratulations to all the people who are working to make this hotel’s operation successfully!

The staff are very sweet, the breakfast is a fantastic eclectic spread, the rooms are small but probably that is the same everywhere. The bathroom is very nice, love the bathtub. Gym is small but efficient and the massage chair was a hit. Better than it looks in the photos. Definitely exceeded expectations.

There is roof balcony with lot of resting area. At roof floor also have laundry and small fitness room which is wonderful for hotel in city center. Moreover , lots of great restaurants nearby
