Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor! The room floor was dirty with drips and soiled spots. Walking on the floor turned my socks brown. There was mildew in the shower and a rusty toilet paper holder.

First impression: Homeless people outside the front door harassing people for money. Filthy, run down lobby with shabby furniture. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in because there was no one present at the front desk. Worst property I ever visited, decided not to stay there. The owner was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about having my small dog with me. I asked where his pet policy was posted. He said he could charge me any deposit he wanted for my dog. I told him I wanted to cancel my reservation and request an immediate refund. He started screaming at me. My advice to anyone considering a stay here...AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Cockroaches were crawling around, and the owner is very disrespectful and likes to yell at people. My daughter got blood on the sheets and he told me Ihad to leave after day one. Yet I had paid for two. He also refused to give me a refund for the second day. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn because of his lack of understanding and his yelling at me when I showed upat my room that he deactivated my key too.

Room was filthy with dust and debris under the bed and heater. Black mold in tub and shower. The heater emitted an order that gave us headaches and sore throats, we had to turn it off, even though the outside temperature was 30 degrees. Should have taken photos.

Smoky. Stucco pealing off the ceiling. Bottom of the bathroom door deteriorating. Unclean floors. Dirt on the side of the bathtub. The room was large and did have a mini fridge and microwave, not mentioned on Orbitz.

Didn't like anything about my stay here! Old way outdated mattress made for a terrible sleep. Not to mention the mattress had remaining of bed bugs all over the mattress. Roaches in the room and walls that you can clearly hear through! Had to go buy alcohol to spray bed and whole room for possible bedbugss! No happy!

The place is Filthy and has very strong smell of mold. And the coffee they use smells like dirt. you don't even smell coffee. The customer service is not friendly at all Please find you another place.

The beds wereblike sleeping on boards the dont have trash cans in the rooms people living there and ROACHES witnessed two of them. JUST because I smoke I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. Windows where only cleaned as farbas staff could reach.

The gentleman checking us In was more than rude. Even though we had paid an extra $20 for the extra person in our room, We still had to bring down a dirty towel to get another. And even in the morning he was still rude.😡 The room itself was disgusting, the cream chair in the corner was mostly black/brown and the walls looked like it rained UV lighting down into the room.

The room smelled horribly like marijuana. My 8 year old granddaughter was gagging it was so intense. I was told that the room could not be changed. The police were in the parking lot with an intoxicated guest when we arrived.

Way better than staying at Stay 4 Less. Has microwave & small refrigerator for your needs. Just need to tell the others guests, if you're stay at Knights Inn; stay on your side. Plus, when someone don't want to be bothered, keep the noise down. Otherwise, still good though.

Got first room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like an ashtray (very bad) Second room had stains on the furniture and chairs. Also very dated and almost institutional. No tissues. Cleanliness just ok. Area a little sketchy. I guess you get what you pay for - would not stay agsin

Filthy room. Coffee maker broken. Bathroom fan broken. Rude staff. You're going to need a lint roller to dust off your bags. Looked like they fired the cleaners months ago. Do yourself a favor and cough up the extra ten bucks for another place even if it's just for one night. The frustration and disgust isn't worth it.

Tried to check in late. Late night desk either lied or couldn’t find the reservation. Made me book from hotel. Neither the hotel or hotels.com would refund the unused hotel room. Manager//day time guy very angry and not helpful to me or the hotels.com rep.

Decent motel at appropriate price point. Room was clean on arrival and well tended after the first night. Everything worked. Desk clerk always available and helpful. Not too noisy. Nothing fancy, but price reflects that. Location is very handy for getting to restaurants, 95, etc.

It's an old motel that hasn't been upkept very well. My room had items that should be repaired, i.e., toilet paper holder not securely attached to wall; outside door did not tightly close. Easy check in. Tried to get a receipt - told to write down my email and one would be emailed by 10:30 that morning - it's the next day now and I still haven't received a receipt. I wrote very clearly.

It was okay but the my fourth day after getting off work they said there were no rooms but I saw them still checking people in. The third day after booking through Expedia told me I couldn’t have guests stop by if I did talk to them outside..

Check in was OK, the Front Desk clerk helped every one simultaneously and made me wait. The room looked "surface" clean, however when we spilled a cup of water and went to clean it up, the room itself was filthy. There was hair leftover on the floor in the bathroom, it was completely dirty and disgusting.
