Azumi Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel. Room that I stayed in was spacious, with nice view (on 12th floor), clean & I like the design of the room. The staff are welcoming & friendly. They open the door for you upon entering & leaving the hotel. Staff will greet you politely with the “po”. They also assisted me in ordering Grab transportation to my next destination. I will come back to this hotel.

We like this hotel, we’re very particular with the smell and cleanliness of a place. And this is the 3rd time that we stayed in this hotel that means it passed our expectations. They know to maintain their business. I recommend Azumi to our friends and relatives who needs a place to stay when they visit PI.

They have a party last 28th at the Pool and we can’t sleep . Party stopped almost 2 am - it’s unacceptable and also they don’t have a parking for Their own guess - it happened that I booked 3 rooms

It was not comfortable for me. From the bed to the bugs on the bed, I could not sleep and had to change hotels. It was bad, I had to switch hotels. I understand it also has a no refund policy. however, for customer service, I believe they should have offered. I hlpe to warn other future guests about the bed bug issue. its very concerning

Very pleased by the staffs hospitality specially during check-in. The receptionist checked us in really early that day and I was very pleased since I had an early appointment that very same day as well. I can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating! By far, the best hotel I’ve been to in Manila.

The room had solid concrete ways, so I could hear no noise from adjacent rooms. Also, I liked the marble desktop and the mini kitchen with refrigerator and sink. The rooftop pool was beautiful, although the gym was a bit spartan. Lots of eating and shopping nearby. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was fine. To be more environmentally conscious, I suggest the hotel not use single-use plastic containers of shampoo, soap, etc. Also, permit guests to partially open the door to the balcony, in order to let fresh air into the room.

I used to love this property. This upgrades they made did not enhance the place. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim i could hardly shave without nicking myself. Otherwise the location is great. Don't know if i will stay here again.

The names of the staff who clean Edmhar the wait staff in the Cafe Romulo Marcus and Rowell the Security people Santos the Pool staff Patrick the front desk people Gela and Lady they ALL are always ready to serve and make our stay as comfortable as possible Filipino Hospitality defined. The wealth of this hotel is about its staff and as long as they keep these people they will stay and work and boy do they work hard. Azumi you will always have my booking thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Azumi. It was very convenient as it was close to an event we had through the weekend. It’s also close to the mall, although we were too tired to go to it. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The food at Rómulo’s was excellent. Service was good and all the staff were helpful. They did say check in was at 3 pm and yet our room was finally ready closer to 4. But we were given an additional 2 hours for a late check out so we appreciated that. The pool is also nice and clean although I was expecting it to be a little bigger. But we still enjoyed using it. Over-all it was a good experience and we will book it again the next time we have a weekend long event in Alabang.

Very happy with my stay, Attentive staff made me feel welcome. Food in the restaurant was excellent, after 1 day the restaurant staff knew me and called me Mr Ian. This kind of interaction makes the stay all the more enjoyable. On the last day I needed to remain at the hotel for a further 6 hours until I was ready to get a taxi to the airport. The staff were more than helpful and welcoming to allow me to stay until it was time to go. I have no hesitation in recommending The Azumi boutique hotel.

Hotel is nice and cozy! Crews are awesome they are polite and respectful! And price wise is not that bad. The most of my favorite is the location all you need to walk around and lots of eatery and shops are very accessible. Definitely I will be back again here. Rating: 9/10

Very unpleasant. Hotel does not have ample parking even though they say free parking. Either you park on the street and risk getting towed or pay for overnight parking at the adjacent parking lot. Also, no water when we arrived. Only after 2 hrs the problem was fixed but the water was very dirty. Also cleanliness is an issue with the hotel. Check their towels. Hallways are also very dirty

This hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice. The swimming pool is also ok. Location is good it is only a few minutes walk to the mall. But they do not provide hair dryer and there are no hand towels and face towels either.
