Was a very nice stay. However for a city view room it was not the best of views as we only saw windows of apartment buildings and the bricks of the hotel itself. Room could have been cleaner and there were no garbage bags anywhere. Room is very small

The hotel was in a convenient location. The staff was so- so. Some were nice and some were very pushy about utilizing their services. We had to call several times for extra towels until they were brought up. The room was so small that we could barely move - not a very good set up. Beds weren’t uncomfortable and amenities were minimal

Excellent, I would not know where to start detailing it but after Veronica's magnificent attention in the check in until the last minute of the stay was a note 10. Hotel extremely clean. The hotel staff, the possibility of leaving the bags, the location of the hotel and the incredible view of the corner room do without a doubt that this is the hotel that every person who visits NYC has to have it on their list and decide to stay in this Hotel. Congratulations to all staff and eternal thanks to Veronica for your attention and for making from the beginning one of the best Christmas of our life.

The room was nice however the lack of lighting was an issue. with nothing overheard or near the TV/dresser made it it difficult to see. The only lights were dim one on either side of the bed. Also having activate the lights with my key card was frustrating. As senior citizens with visions issues light is import.

I had a wonderful stay at this place, the room felt modern, very clean and the view was breathtaking. The service felt VIP, the staff did their utmost with my requests.

Great location and great service. The room was clean and with all the amenities we wanted. The only negative was the food served was not as good as it could have been. The buffet breakfast wasn't as hot as we would have liked it. And the bar closed at 10, which seems early.

We had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott. We had requested an early check-in and the hotel staff was kind enough to accommodate us earlier than the scheduled time. We picked the corner room with the view, it was perfect. The hotel is really conveniently located, close to Times Square and Central Park. We were able to walk everywhere or take the subway from a station located close by. I would definitely stay here every time I visit New York.

Room was pretty good. One of the best we experienced while in NYC. There is no place to set a suitcase except on the floor which I really dislike. Only one chair for sitting. We are elderly so that is important. The view was spectacular and the reading lamps on both sides of the bed were awesome.

Every person on staff was excellent! We felt so cared for and helped. Loni particularly went above and beyond in taking care of us on an extremely busy and overbooked couple of days. The bell staff helped us feel welcome and find transportation. Two housekeeping ladies saved the day for me when I had a wardrobe emergency. I appreciated them so very much. The location is unbeatable, the lounge and breakfast are a treat too. They served ice cream in the lobby. I could go on and on but I’m grateful and look forward to going back!

We were there for 2 days/nights. I wont lie, i was nervous due to some other nad experiences listed. However, we had a great time! Flaca and Veronica at the front desk were just awesome! They really helped us with getting things done right the first time. The room services lady was excellent, too! Definitely recommend to others, especially since we had a 9 week old and a 4 year old.

Check in process smooth. Free ice cream at check in. Breakfast w plenty of options including those for vegetarian diets. Staff are wonderful. Kids received a welcome stuffed toy and other freebies like bottled water. Rooms are small which is expected for nyc and many city views are partial views but we weren’t planning on staying in our hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks to Flavia and other the other courteous staff. Overall recommend for a no frills stay w the family.

The location is excellent for walking to Central Park or Time Square. The hotel itself doesn't have a lot of amenities, but you're in New York, and you will want to be out and about anyways!
