You could put a $10 clock in the pool area and fitness center. No towels in the pool area at 10 am. That staff was great, but small thing such as those would make the experience better. Also you would have much more participation in breakfast if it was not 14$ dollars for the full and 7 for continental. Too many competitors in the area are free.

Great stay. Great Room. Great staff. Only feedback is the awkwardness of how the Continental/Hot Breakfast is handled. Instead of it being included in your room rate you have to pay additionally and then deal with the hot breakfast staff in the morning who ask you did you pay and then awkwardly present you with a bill for $0.00. Meanwhile, when staff isn’t present hotel guests who didn’t pay sneak and grab food.

Stayed there for a wedding. Upon arrival of our room, the toilet was dirty and there was a loose tile in the bathroom with grout that was sticking up and crumbling. Our bed was super super firm and not very comfy.

I appreciated the help we received from the individual working the front desk. We were checking in late and she was the only staff member working the front desk and it was busy; she was doing her best to accommodate the many demands on her time.
We were however very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of our room. The hide-a-bed was disgusting!!!! We used blankets in the room to make the best of it. It was late and with the demands on the front desk staff, we knew that requesting a different room or for staff to attend the situation was going to make our already long travel day even longer/harder. It was disappointing to pay so much for a room that was so dirty!

Couch in room was ripped. Like a dog chewed on it. Very noticeable. Should have been replaced. 3 lights had burned out bulbs. Very poor maintenance. I'm a Hilton member. This condition of this room was not up to Hilton standards.

Really nice rooms and comfortable beds. I didnt get a chance to try the bar or restaurant in the hotel but there is really good bar/restaurant next door, i love irish pub food.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Daughter slept on the pull out bed, was clean and comfortable enough. Only complaint was the shower gel and conditioner were empty.

It is a very nice hotel. They seemed a little short staffed, but we were very pleased too secure this hotel last minute.

The room we had was very smelly, had lots of repair work that needed to be done, burnt out light bulb. The pool and hot tub area was very small. I did not complain as it is what it is but maybe I should have as it was an expensive room that was not worth it in my opinion.

It was a good hotel room. Beds were comfortable, pool was a bit on the small side, but the kids enjoyed it. The only problem we had was at 11 pm we switched on the a/c and it ran for a couple of minutes, then stopped. We decided just to go to bed and hope it didn't get too warm because if we called that late at night they may want us to switch rooms and we just didn't feel like it. We tried to figure it out, but no matter what we did with the controls, it only worked a couple of minutes. It was a bit stuffy during the night, but we slept for the most part.

The room was not very clean on check-in, vacuuming is needed especially under the beds, there's gross stains on bed skirts and curtains, smears on microwave and fridge and all the cupboards, doors look gross, bathroom floor is in major need of renovation as the tiles are actually not attached to the floor anymore and move under your feet. This is room 311, 2 kings and 1 bathroom which is actually in a bedroom which is very inconvenient. The floors are majorly slanted causing the drawers in bedroom to stay wide open because they are so tilted and in turn getting in the way of the person who sleeps on that side having to go to the bathroom or anywhere. Get some child locks on that dresser. We requested cleaning service each day and only got it once. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and our trashes were over flowing as they are tiny. The cleaners literally didn't come until 530 one night and told us we had to "get out". They were on their phones with friends talking and in what looked like PJs. So insanely unprofessional. They didn't do anything but make the beds and take the trash. Once. We asked for each day. Just so utterly disappointed in a room that cost over 200$ a night at a Hilton. The hot tub didn't work either. And public spaces not clean. The night clerk didn't know how to tell me what my total was for the stay so that we could spilt the bill, I felt bad for her, it's not that hard to figure out. I worked at hotels for years and years, it's not hard to get a total.

We came up for our son's college graduation. Easy check in and check out. Water bottles were a welcome addition of when checking in. Great place to call home for three nights.

We have stayed here several times and it is always clean and the staff is nice. I’m not a big fan of the beds as I like them to be on the soft side but they are not terrible. The hot tub could have been hotter but overall a great place to stay. Location is very quiet!

Staff was on their phones and unhelpful on a potentially dangerous situation. Reported a gentleman who was intoxicated in the hot tub while kids were swimming in the pool. Staff did not know how to handle the situation and did nothing to rectify the issue. The gentleman could barely get out of the hot tub without the assistance of his partner. When mentioned to the staff all they said was, “Oh ok” and did nothing. If it wasn’t for the location and cleanliness of the room, I would not stay here again.

Asked for housekeeping twice, and room was never cleaned even though we were told we were on the list. Overpriced. Shower had zero water pressure and broken fixtures in the bathroom.

Room was clean, front desk staff was kind, pool was way smaller than expected and was very busy, pool towels weren’t available and when staff brought more they only brought a few so they were used up very quickly, lobby/dinning area and elevator stunk like booze. Overall for a overnight stay in was decent.

Hotel was needing a renovation. Our room was shifting which caused the walls pulling from the ceiling. There were holes under the carpet. The drawers on the dressers would not stay closed. It was not overly clean. Carpet had stuff stuck in it. The walls were filthy. The sheets looked like they were not changed. They were covered in stains. The pull out could not be used it was filthy. Asked for bedding it never did arrive to our room after going down to the desk.
Hot tub and pool area was not clean and very small. Hot tub was lukewarm. Would not stay here again when there are many other options available.
