I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!

Motel was fine but nothing exceptional. Our TV kept buffering, which was annoying. The mattress was OK but left me with a slight backache each morning. Continental breakfast was good, but it was advertised as having omelettes to order, which it did not. Dog fee is $20 per pet per night, which they say is for extra cleaning. However, they don't clean the room every day, so why is it a daily charge?
