We were unable to get there, due to a medical emergency while traveling there. I did contact the hotel to cancel the reservation and have had no luck in contacting Expedia about a possible refund due to such extreme circumstances

Very clean and organized. The shower head was very large and it was a great shower! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long time in a hotel - I give it a 10 plus!

I have stayed in Fairfield Inns before and I would say that this one was not up to their usual standards. It was in a poor neighborhood, with really no place to eat nearby. The breakfast was also average.

Bed bugs in both of the rooms I stayed at. Moved me at 2 am because I was devoured by bed bugs. Stayed up all nigh…staff was indifferent to the problem.

Overall experience was great. The check-out process, however, was a bit different. There was a bin on the desk to put room cards in with a sign that said you would be sent an email shortly. Several times I witnessed someone approach the desk with no hotel staff present. The guests has to come around the desk to the office door & ask for attendant to come out for assistance.

Description was not accurate. Said indoor pool and kids pool. Only one pool which was VERY small and hot tub not working. Supposedly family friendly but one tiny pool is only good for one small family at a time to use. Rates high for just a 2 queen room.

Property and staff were wonderful. I've been very disappointed with Expedia service however I had to do a cancelation and they messed it up and it took me about an hour to get it resolved.. They canceled both of my rooms that's what I was locked out of the one I hadn't canceled

The front desk employees were great. However the coffee at breakfast was always gone and on Sunday our checkout day, room service tried to come clean at 9am for our 11am checkout. Kind of felt like a please get out vibe.
