We had a fantastic stay at Nuru Ziya Suites this week. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable.
I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle. After long travel days, that level of organization and care felt like a breath of fresh air and made a huge difference to our experience.
The location is also wonderful, close to shopping, restaurants, and many tourist sites, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
We truly appreciated ❤️ everything the staff did for us and all the help they provided during our stay. Thank you again to Mohamad, Sahel, Ali and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We hope to see you all again soon! 🤗😊😃

Great location near istiklal street.
Clean rooms, kind staff.
The breakfast is not fantastic, just regular and repeated food.
Good experience in general.

Very nice and friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Word of warning - even though the hotel is at least 100 metres away from the main road, on weekend nights people blaring music from their cars made the room incredibly noisy. Certainly not the hotel's fault but bring earplugs.

We had a wonderful stay here! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from recommending places to visit in the city to arranging an excellent cab for us. They were also incredibly considerate and let my kids comfortably spend time in the lobby while we waited for our flight. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, a lovely experience with genuinely warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
