I booked via Expedia and paid 217 AUD. Motel asked for 200 AUD deposit. Received the deposit back after 2-3 days, that's fine. Was told and understood well that the motel have had prior bad experiences with guests but given this was the only place that asked for a deposit, and wasn't the nicest accommodation we've stayed within our 3 weeks travel in Western Australia, this didn't leave a good feeling. Not sure if Aussie guests were asked the same.

Perfect for family travelling - everything was clean, newly renovated, safe and clean for a little one to run around and very friendly staff... Our go to in Geraldton 10/10

Room was ok and clean but was very noisy. The room adjacent woke me up when talking and leaving early in the morning. Air con unit outside was also noisy. If you are planning on staying bring some ear plugs.

Overall not a bad property…. Our friends had a terrible odour in their property, and they ended up relocating to another room.

Property looks run down from exterior as currently being repainted . Interior has been renovated so rain shower and beds are great . But no Window treatment in bathroom and can see through window as so lacking privacy . Could not get WIFI to work with Q scan or manual login . Guarantee for room service and due to understaffing could not provide so had to pick up from reception

Had our good mountain bikes stolen from the “secure” accommodation carpark during the night. They were all locked and strapped to our trailer. No cctv footage for carpark and Management did not offer much assistance at all, in fact it was as though they weren’t surprised. Only thing they did was allow us to keep our stuff in our room a little longer as we sorted out our car.
Room was very loud with guests in courtyard and neighbouring room making noise very late.

We had a lovely stay here and it started from the friendly greeting at reception, clean and modern room, fantastic meal with cheerful staff at the hotel bistro. Would stay here again.

The room was ok but the lady who assist me it’s not very helpful at all. I think our stay is not ok because someone knocking at our room 3 times, late night, middle of the night and early morning, I don’t feel safe at all for anyone who wants to book in this hotel just make sure they will give you room inside the property not in the front parking area, not safe at all.

Affordable, cheaper than alternatives. Ok, comfortable beds and room was quite nice. Rest of motel is a little old and weary. Secure parking road out back full of pot holes and flooded into deep muddy holes when it rained. Restaurant food was mediocre.

Very good value for money hotel in the Bluff Point area of Geraldton and a short stroll to the Beach. Room was very neat and tidy and the staff were very helpful. Also has an excellent swimming pool and safely enclosed area. Also has an excellent restaurant and bottle shop on Premises.

Check in was seamless and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. There are security gates which slide across and make u feel very safe. The room was lovely!! Nice and clean and everything u need for your stay. The bed was Really comfortable and I slept like a baby!! The complex has a really nice pool and outside BBQ area. There is a kiddies play area which is in the restaurant inside the hotel in a room which is surrounded by glass panels so u can see them play when u are eating ur lunch or dinner. The food is really good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers daily specials at $15 including a pint of beer!! The staff in the restaurant are really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again
