Shower floor very slippery, No remote for air con, ( used a chair to adjust setting ), balcony door did not have a lock.

Did not, could not stay. Prison cells are cleaner, smell better and feel safer. Lasted under 10 minutes in the room and needed two days to forget the smell of mould and who knows what else. Absolute joke how they can stay in business.

This accomodation was absolutely disgraceful. The room was filthy, run down overall very poor. I booked for three nights and left after the first night. I made to complaints and nothing was done to rectify the problem. My room wasn’t even serviced for new towels or amenities. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s basically an Indian function centre attached to a motel. Not recommended.

Plenty of space, but room was not kept in good condition. Lots of noise and cigarette smells coming in from outside, late into the night.

Staff were fine but the place is very run down, old and dirty… broken toilet roll holders, broken shower screen, very old inside room, mouldy bathroom roof, back door lock not even a lock, outside bins very smelly, tape over PowerPoints, the list is endless! Spend the extra money and stay else where!

The place was nice and quiet which was nice however there were some safety and comfort concerns. There were no fire extinguishers in the room and none of the appliances have had their electrical test and tag done since 2016. The air conditioning also did not work and when I reported it to the staff nothing was done to fix it.

I liked waking up to the view of the pool and garden area The carpet and entrance tiles had been updated, nice colors. Bed was comfy and pillows. Good size room with extra setting inside and on the balcony. The restaurant cafe serves Indian dine in and takeaway, I love Indian curries and Nan bread. What i disliked was A heap of males crowding the front entrance to the reception, standing around talking, i had to go through the cafe, as i could not see the entrance. When arriving late at night in the dark it makes it very difficult to see signs. Many smoke butts outside on the ground of the reception entrance, looked rough neighborhood. bathroom requires updating, much wear and tear. Someone tried opening my door through the night, maybe they had the wrong room? People opposite were out on the balcony and were noisy for many hours. Could not find a remote for the cooling, was a switch on the wall beside the bed. No bedside lights, main switch on the wall, The room was very warm and stuffy. Big sliding glass door and windows to the balcony.

So I booked this motel in a hurry due to a rushed trip to Dandenong,all we wanted was a bed and a shower for the night ,upon booking I went back and read all the reviews and started to worry what had we gotten ourselves into 😨!!! Upon arrival I walked into the reservation desk and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave me our key and directed me to our room . Mentally I was now in panic mode .... What was I about to walk in to !!!!! Yes it needs a coat of paint ,yes it's slightly outdated and maybe someone should rehang the drapes lol but it was all we needed and it had clean sheets ,clean towels and was generally clean ... Only thing I would suggest is bring your own pillow ,they are quite thin 😊 But of a rest and we decided it's time to eat ,let's go to KFC it's easy and close we thought ,then I remember they had a restaurant so I popped back to the reservation desk and asked about their food $20 per person buffet sri lankin food ,well omg never tried it before but hey I love hot food ,it was beautiful!!! The service was fantastic,they were so concerned to our needs bringing icy cold strawberry and mint drinks !!!

The room was dirty and very poorly equipped. Sheets on the bed with one blanket folded on the bed, no spare blankets. Faulty swith on the jug. Vanity cupboard door hanging off. Stains and burn hole in the couch. Someone came knocking on the at 8.30 to enquire if we were leaving that day.

Terrible experience at the place. The room is extremely rundown. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Everything from the kettle, toaster to the toilet is old, smelly and dirty. Would never be back!

Check in quick- room clean. Hotel is worn down but clean. Only 1 thin blanket provided, not enough for warmth-had holes in it. Of 3 bathroom lights only 1 was working. Sliding door had no lock and couldn’t close the whole way.

Excellent rooms, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The other guests were good people too, respectful. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. I found this place on the Internet and it was the best choice. Thank you to all the helpful courteous staff.

Wew went down to Melbourne from Sydney for a few days and stopped over different hotel/motel. The room in Sundown was extremely dirty, loads of rubbish under the bed. Celling light had no bulbs. Kettle was so dirty we dare not use it. One of the bed's frame was damaged. Bath room was old and dirty. We decided not to have bath on the day. Toilet brush had no container. The receptionist was nice and was the only good thing of our stay.

You really want to know in the beginning I actually thought the gentleman was doing me a favor because of an error in the booking date which was meant to be the 4th March instead of the 4th April he offered to put me into room which was so dirty u wouldn't put ur pigs in if you had them. I said that I would clean it because truly nobody would even use the basin to wash your hands let alone use the loo . So I cleaned the toilet and shower etc changed the linen cleaned out the filthy bar fridge scrubbed the shower even behind the bedside table where there were more buts behind them than the ashtrays outside. There was patches off mould build up on vinyl floors and shower in the bathroom i cleaned the ceiling with the grotesque cobwebs and I was charged $109 plus 10 cash I had in my purse as I myself was unsure as to how I could use my digital card that I had as l have only used for online shopping. So to be charged for that was disgusting. I had had an horrible experience there about 4 year earlier when a cleaner tried to get his way into my room. It was a frightening experience to say the least and they obviously had had prior incidences as they quickly refunded just that one night not the whole stay so I wouldn't say anything but I now feel that I have to. I thought the gentleman there at reception was only trying to keep me off the streets that night but the following evening I rang to book and the woman told me they hadn't no longer had that room available because th
