the hotel is tired but fine, staff are helpful, location is remote, pickup shuttle only available from ADA airport, not SAM Airport be aware when booking flights, get phone sim & data as you have to have address & maps of where you are going, In hotel area very little english - google translator is needed

Over all the hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and polite. However the whole place is outdated, the corridors are dark , not all lights were working in the rooms. The shower is small and the water keeps leaking on the bathroom floor that can be flooding , slippery and you need to put few towels to ensure safety. The breakfast was free and very good. The SPA was not working. The area is good as there are many restaurants and shopes you can buy freshly made food .
