The worst staff ever. Unprofessional. No education and no training whatsoever. Staff at the lobby are not friendly at all. Visitors will regret every penny paid.

The kids enjoyed the slides and the arcade a lot. The family room is very nice and spacious but the beds are not comfortable at all, there was thin blankets for covers so we kept asking for comforters that we didn’t get until the 3rd day. We had to ask for replenishing the cotton buds, water and coffee inside the room. The walls are so thin so you can hear cars on the streets while sleeping and the neighbors arguments as if they were with you. It’s not a beach front hotel, we took a shuttle bus to go to the beach very close by but that was not a problem. Very few of the staff speak english and the last day a member of the staff was very rude to us because we were a bit late to check out.

Great place...but for families. There isn't really any activity for adults(18-25).

Crystal sunset was a lovely resort. The food was gorgeous. The buffet was so extensive that we found ourselves spoilt for choice. They have a Turkish day on Thursday and the traditional dishes on offer were mouth watering. Facilities were excellent. Had no trouble with anything. Relaxed and enjoyed to the max.

Great hotel, lovely room, excellent food (choice and quality), nice pool (little cold), great slides, close to beach and shops.Kids club was a great space/layout, but the guy running it was rude (including to kids) and disinterested (preferred to be on his phone) - would be a great facility with someone half decent. Some of the waiting/cleaning staff were nice, but entertainment staff on the whole very poor and customer service from reception and certain other staff non-existent - e.g. my 5 year-old’s ice cream fell off his cone onto the floor and the girl refused to serve him another one (despite it being an all-inclusive hotel and him being in tears holding an empty ice cream cone...).Worst staff I’ve ever seen or experienced while on holiday - however if you ignore / look past that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the overall hotel is nice and being All inclusive really helps with a variety of options for food and drinks.

entertainment staff took us to three different clubs because they wanted to get promotions! other wise everything els was awesome.

The hotel was good in overall. Only wish the staff paid more attention to our complaints. Our minibar was in really bad condition, and even though we requested it to be replaced they did nothing about it. It got over-heated, which of course is a fire hazard, so we turned it off. The didn't understand why and couldn't hear the difference in noise between our minibar and our friends healthy one. An accident by the pool area, where a toddler left both little dumps and skidmarks behind him, were taken care of with a dry broom. No antibacterial cleaning agent or water. I explained to the Manager what happened, and waited for them to return with a fresh mind on how to clean up the mess. It never happened. We never visited that side of the pool again. It's no use complaining about the WiFi since all turkish hotels are using the same shitty brand, Ruckus. Also, vacation with family shouldn't include social media, or the Internet whatsoever. Note to self; choose a smaller hotel next time.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was fine, but too much of the same everyday. A friend who recommended it to us from her previous stay joined us there again on Sunday 2nd July. She noted that by comparison, they downscaled on the food fron her orevuous stay and the feee minibar items were very limited to soft drinks and water. The venue is ideal for families with young children as it has good facilities. But overall good value for money.

Brilliantl hotel, clean and welcoming. Amazing for families with lots to keep all entertained. Entertainment team were fab too!

i stay with my family for one week the hotel was extremly good, very freindly &smily staff the children enjoy the aqua park. the service 10 stars. really it was the best vecation i have with the family

Just returned from the hotel this morning. The hotel is stunning and absolutely looks the part; its huge with many different parts/areas and the pool area is a delight, missing only a swim up pool bar! The quality of food overall I would say was variable and more often than not lacked heat. The main restaurant was like a cattle market (more later), with many different dishes on offer, but I didn't notice a massive variation during the week. If you like chicken kebabs for lunch, you won't go too far wrong (and we do)! For children who are not very adventurous, they will live off burgers and chips and spaghetti bolognaise. The pizza's don't include a tomato/marinara base, so are rather bland. A la carte - food quality was far better than the buffet fayre, let down massively by the service. The Mexican food was lovely, but I ended up serving our own drinks as there was not enough staff to wait the tables. We advised management, not to complain, but to advise it wasn't fair on the 2 guys coping with circa 20 tables. When we arrived in our room later, we had a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket, which was unexpected but nice. The World Cuisine food similarly was delicious, however, when we arrived at dinner we were told we were too late at 8pm (opens 7-9pm)! Apparently we misunderstood the timings! The Manager accommodated after a formal complaint! The main issue was the other guests; disgusting manners, etiquette and no concept of queueing. Doesn't exist for 80% of 'guests'!
