This hotel is my weekend get away spot. Hotel has some beautiful scenery. It's quiet. Offers an excellent breakfast. Staff at the cafe are wonderful. Nice fridge and microwave is offered in the room to accommodate. Some construction was going on so it was noisy at times during Saturday day. Also, the room was very hot but I was able to adjust the room temperature . I'll be back.

I am a diabetic, and we had no refrigerator in our room for my insulin. There was a spot for one and there was just a bucket.. facility is under construction and seemed disjointed.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Over and above, opened a meeting room to show a non televised Thursday Night football game for guests.

I didn’t like that Expedia’s rate was so high. When I got their I saw the room I stayed in listed at almost 1/2 the price I paid. I’m addition I paid for a breakfast buffet but sight doesn’t offer that. Instead I had the same meal every morning. Options were really cheap for what was being paid.

Properties were beautiful. Room was satisfactory. A/C was not functioning properly. We had a conference room and while the catered food was good, we were not provided with an adequate amount of water throughout the day.

My family of 5 (3 kids) stayed here for one night. The staff was friendly, kind, helpful and easily approached. The facility was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the Bistro area for food and drinks. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We would recommend to anyone and definitely stay again.

Just a regular hotel. Clean but nothing special. The price was astronomical. Absolutely not worth over $300 a night. Especially considering there is no kitchen, no breakfast, and the room is average. Only stay here if you can get a reasonable price.

The front desk staff are very helpful and professional and wore masks. Very disappointed that during a pandemic, the guests are not required to wear masks. (Lobby was FULL of people not wearing masks.) The facility is basically clean, but the bathroom door was covered with dirty handprints all around the inside door handle. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was awful, BUT the staff in the bistro area were very hard-working and were very pleasant to deal with. Hotel was full of parents and kids on travel sports teams, so not very quiet.

We were at the hotel for one night to attend a funeral. Our room was stylish and seemed newly refurbished; the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Due to our long drive and late arrival, we ate dinner in the Bistro. The food was good. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient. In the morning, we had a problem with our breakfast coupon. The manager, Michelle, handled the situation beautifully. Would highly recommend this property.

Central location for our holiday visit. Staff very friendly. Must request room service. No one entered room for entire visit. Went to desk for coffee, cups each day. Towels inadequate and of poor quality. 1 bath size towel for 2-person stay. Shower had orange discoloration of grout. A quick spray of bleach would remove that. Bistro closed at night entire stay 12/24-31 & posted closed at night through Jan 6. Breakfast at Bistro in morning quite good. Guest must pay. Parking great. Bed comfortable. Closet small. Toilet too close to wall w towel rack right above. Unlikely to return.

The special request while booking online was not honored. I asked for a ground floor unit since a patron have mobility issues. No first floor availability though I booked in advanced. It would be Nice to reserve the exact room we would be in at time of reservation based on room number and floor map. Multiple lighting issues in the same room from missing light bulb to a burnt out one to one that is intermittently working and flickering. Missing do not disturb door placard. Due to pandemic they’re not clean room everyday like before. Shouldn’t they be cleaning more often instead of less often? Need more security personnel and crowd control for the safety of other patrons who actually paid for hotel rooms instead of visitors or guests of other patrons that made the booking. Have a security officer with k-9 drug sniffing dogs to keep unwanted individuals from entering the property or hanging around the property grounds

What I didn’t like: Bed sheets were stained Walls were stained Pillows were flat and flimsy Dusty nightstands The room made me a bit stuffy from the heat even with the windows open Not many amenities as shown in photos Room is attended to every few days unless you request room cleaning daily. Things I liked: Good size room (King bed) My room was facing the back of the hotel which had a nice view of trees Very quiet which makes it easy to relax Spacious bathroom Mattress was comfortable enough

The blanket on my bed was ripped to shreds at the top and stuffing was coming out. I also specifically booked this hotel to use the hot tub and nowhere online did it say the pool room was entirely out of order.
