Our recent leisure family trip to Ho Chi Minh City was made absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to the incredible team at the Silverland Saiko Hotel.
Traveling with my wife and daughter to celebrate a very special day, we were blown away by the superb hospitality from every single staff member we encountered.
From the moment we first stepped into the hotel until the very last day of our stay, we were ushered in with the warmest receptions. The doormen, concierge, front desk, and hotel hosts constantly went above and beyond, making the time and effort to ensure our stay was deeply memorable.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for the special birthday gesture shown to my spouse. The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever!
I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay.
And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late.

I really enjoyed my second time staying at the Silverland Sakyo. Stayed for an entire week. The staff at the Sakyo is top notch! The room was very comfortable and very quiet. If you like Japanese cuisine the location is very convenient to lots of Japanese restaurants. Will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s in a great location, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool was a huge highlight for my 6-year-old. The pool was shallow enough that I didn’t have to worry about her safety, which made it so much more relaxing for me. The sauna and steam room were also a fantastic bonus!
I would highly recommend this hotel to small families, especially those traveling with young children. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! ❤️
