We had a wonderful stay at VaiA! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the historic center of Hoi An. The air conditioner in the room worked great, breakfast was delicious, and there was free coffee and tea provided 24 hours a day.
The very best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially Maya. We had an issue with our flight (our fault) and Maya worked very hard to help us fix the problem - she followed up to make sure everything was ok, and we were so impressed by how professional and kind she was, and how genuine she seemed to be in wanting to help. We would not have been able to resolve the issue without all of her help and would probably have been stuck at the airport. Thank you Maya!!!

Basic, but clean and in a good location- about 10 mins walk to everything. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Vaia is centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the night market. Staff was very welcoming and the area felt safe. We arrived at the hotel in the morning as we had caught an early flight to Hoi An. We were thankful we were able to get an early check in and also a hot breakfast. Thank you to the staff for our anniversary surprise!
