No reception, I went to the wrong hostel (there’s the same one down the street) and wasn’t told there were two different ones! Only way to contact someone was via WhatsApp
Wasn’t communicated what room I was in
Bed sheets aren’t washed properly, mine were stained and also the towels smelt really bad
