Clean room and good location, especially if you need the Phuket terminal 1 bus station. I may have misunderstood some info. I thought that breakfast was available to purchase from 7-10:00. I was told that there was no breakfast. Not a big problem for me, but would have been convenient.

Everything that you need is there and is fine for a night or two. Within walking distance to some good restaurants and short taxi ride to Rassada Pier. Water temperature kept going hot and cold but it was fine
