House is beautiful. Larry the lift is a bit slow, but it’s all good.. my legs work fine. Loved the stay. Will certainly be back.

The room was large and unique. The hotel had old worl charm, rather than the bland sameness of chain hotels.

This was our second stay at Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a lovely Victorian charm. The bathroom was large and immaculate, and the towels were exceptionally nice.
The breakfast was amazingly good, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and pastries. We also loved having complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day.
One of our favourite features was the charming little library and sitting area. It created such a warm, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed spending time there.
It is always special when a second visit lives up to the first, and Niagara Grandview certainly did. We would happily return again and highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay in Niagara Falls
