Most gracious hosts! The property is immaculate, high quality furnishings and wonderful hot breakfast is made to order with fresh fruit and homemade goodies, all organic. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, lovely outdoor spaces, free onsite parking and public transportation just steps away on River Rd. to all the activities Niagara has to offer.
We were fine going up the stairs but if that would be a problem make sure to ask for a first floor room. There is a “no shoes in the house” policy, and the hosts offer many nice, clean house slippers/slides for guests, it’s not my custom but I respect the owners and their care for their property definitely shows! Not a big deal but nice to know in advance.

It was clean and well appointed. The owners go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel at home. We enjoyed our stay so much. It is so convenient to the bus stop. We didn’t need a car at all.

Diana and her partner are AMAZING, the property itself is beautiful, so well located for Niagra falls (like 20/ 25mins walk away), the breakfast everyday was a highlight. Never been in a property where they are making the breakfast FRESH for you. Also the rooms were so clean and they would ensure the rooms are cleaned and lovely everyday! The conversations with them and how accommodating they were just made the whole trip so special. You have to stay here if you are visiting Niagara.

Ideal base for exploring Niagara. The hosts were excellent and not only did the stay include breakfast but there were home made cakes, snacks and drinks provided.
