Excellent location
The property needs considerable updating. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There was no full time owner or manager on the premises besides the very nice young man who prepared the breakfasts.

We love the location of the property. It was within walking distance to Niagara Falls and all of the attractions. Our host, Jack was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
Due to a scheduling mixup of my own doing, we were actually upgraded to an entire house, which was not a bad thing. The downfall is that I’m not sure if anyone had stayed there in a while because it wasn’t very clean. The bed was also a little uncomfortable, but considering we stayed there for one night, it wasn’t too bad.

Quiet location, close to the tour spots. Bus stop right on the street. Friendly host and staff. I stayed in the Loft suite, it was a whole third floor. Entrance and lock on the second floor hallway, good privacy during the stay.

Location, easy parking, easy check inn
We were disappointed with our stay. The pool was out of order and not maintained for years. In the room, air conditioner was extremely noisy. Wa asked for earlier breakfast and got old, cold, hard croissant, toast, butter/jam and coffee. Really disappointing. The grounds were poorly maintained. Furthermore, the messages we received were signed Betty and George, whom we never met during our stay. In short, we were very disappointed with our experience.
