- pleasant staff
- the location is nice as it is convenient to many things but not in the middle of the busy
- very nice breakfast. Tried the omelets, crepes and quiches. All excellent
- communication was handled well

Beautiful old style luxurious B & B. Big rooms. Handy location. Close enough to walk in town (down hill). Nearest Wego stop is Bird Kingdom. Unbelievable breakfast options.Large bathrooms. Late checkout with luggage storage.
Too dark in rooms. Needed more lighting. We found hairs in showers and under bed was a clothing item from a previous guest. Very slow lift. Needs a decent coffee.
