The location was perfect for walking to the falls and saving parking fees. Our made to order breakfast was a special treat. The shower was fabulous!
The elevator was out of order, which was an inconvenience and we weren't offered help managing our bags on the stairs.

Breakfast, view, staff and location were superb.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, large rooms, excellent staff and location, wonderful breakfast, ample parking.
No negatives. I would just be aware that elevator could be out of service and you will need to carry bags up steps.
